Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich, inkl Rührei. Es gab zwar nur Filterkaffee und Tee das war aber für uns ok. Für die Kinder gab es auch Kakao. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und auch leise. Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür.

Pros:

Man kann sehr bequem mit Bus, fährt gleich an der nächsten Ecke, zur S Bahn fahren. Damit kommt man ohne Umsteigen bis zu den Landungsbrücken. z.B. Parken für 5 Euro auf einem guten Platz hinter dem Hotel fanden wir auch erfreulich. Manche Hotels nehmen in Hamburg 29 Euro!!
Das Frühstück war gut. Es wurde ständig sofort nachgefüllt und das benutze Geschirr abgeräumt

Cons:

Das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Es würde schon ein Lächeln genügen. Fragen die wahrscheinlich von den meisten Gästen gestellt werden, z.B. wie komme ich mit Bus und Bahn zur Innenstadt, konnten beim Empfang nicht beantwortet werden. Ich denke, dass müsste eine Aushilfskraft, oder jemand der neu dort sitzt, auch sagen können. Ich hatte das Gefühl, ich störe die Person die dort gesessen hat mit meinen Fragen.
Es war noch sehr staubig im Zimmer auf den Flächen von Tisch und Bettüberbau. Im Bad war auch der Boden nicht ganz sauber.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und der Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt für meine Vorhaben. Sehr klasse, dass es einen Parkplatz gibt.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Bad ist ein wenig klein.
Für mich als Vegetarierin war die Frühstücksauswahl etwas begrenzt.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Parkplätze vorhanden, man brauchte jedoch Glück einen freien zu finden ( besonders am Wochenende) obwohl man ihn bezahlt hat.
Das Restaurant war sehr gut. Bedienung sehr freundlich, der Preis in Ordnung.

Cons:

Nur das Frühstück war wirklich nichts!!!

Für ein langes Wochenende in Hamburg absolut in Ordnung.
Pros:

Sauberkeit war wirklich sehr in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Schade war, dass das Personal nicht gut deutsch gesprochen hat und das zum Teil das schöne Ambiente verstellt wurde. Vor einem offenen Kamin wurden wohl aus Platzgründen zwei Getränkekühlschränke platziert.
