Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war lecker und der Service gut. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Mehrere Tage exakt das gleiche Angebot sind allerdings herausfordernd… Da wäre Abwechslung beim Aufschnitt, beim Joghurt, beim Obst wirklich toll gewesen.

Cons:

Es ist ein einfaches Hotel, alles in Ordnung.

Fint, men desværre lidt beskidt.
Pros:

Det var dejligt, at der var en restaurant i forbindelse med hotellet, så man kunne få aftensmad der. Derudover en rigtig god tjener der var på arbejde den dag.
Parkering i baggården er virkelig et stort plus.
Værelset var stort og rummeligt.
Fin morgenmad også.

Cons:

Der er tæppet i værelset føltes meget beskidt og der var hår på badeværelset og på noget af sengetøjet. Så ikke super rent. Desværre.

Pros:

Das Hotel war toll, ich bin Rollatorfahrer und zusammen mit meiner Freundin da gewesen. Ich bin gut zurecht gekommen und man hat mir immer geholfen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig okay. Das Frühstück war super
(Wer ein Luxus Frühstück möchte muss halt ein höherwertiges Hotel buchen)
Das Hotel ist ein gut geführtes mittelständiges Hotel

Cons:

Das Hotel ist von der Hamburger City etwas entfernt man hat zwar die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe aber durch Baustellen sind die zum Teil verschoben oder man muss mehrmals umsteigen, was für einen Menschen mit Rollator schwierig ist. Das Haus liegt im Ortsteil Wilhelmsburg, welches sich im Umbruch befindet. Auch hier gibt es Baustellen und einen gewissen Geräuschpegel.

Älteres, aber sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Großer Tisch im Zimmer, Schrank vorhanden.
Parkplatz vorhanden.
Die Lage ist zwar nicht im Zentrum, bewirkt aber, dass man auch mal Wilhelmsburg und das Leben um den Containerhafen mitbekommt.
Gute Lage für die Musicals auf der Nachbarinsel!

Cons:

Die Lage auf der Containerhafenseite führt zu einem gewissen Aufwand, die klassischen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen.
Tipp für Autofahrer: Am Alten Elbtunnel (6 km Distanz) kostenlos parken und dann ins Zentrum durchlaufen.

nice hotel located in the industrial part of the city, the hotel has a parking lot (the parking lot is large but it can be a problem if you arrive later in the evening), friendly staff, clean and large room with a kitchenette, tasty breakfast

Pros:

Nach Managerkontakt war wenigstens eine teilweise Rückerstattung möglich und wurde schnell abgewickelt. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer entsprach den Erwartungen.

Cons:

Doppelzimmer gebucht und zwei Einzelzimmer bekommen. Davon eines in der Untersten Preiskategorie mit Dusche direkt neben dem Bett und Toilette über den Flur. Erst in der zweiten Nacht haben wir das gebuchte Doppelzimmer erhalten. Personal war zum Problem nicht auskunftsfähig und vertröstete jeden Tag auf den nächsten. Managerkontakt war erst am dritten Tag und nur auf Nachdruck möglich. Uns kam während des Aufenthalts zu Ohren, dass diese Überbuchung der Zimmer eine Masche ist und häufig vorkommt.

Außerdem:
Frühstück rudimentär und Wartezeit wegen überfülltem Raum

Freundlich, Preis i.O., Frühstück auch gut. Guter Aufenthalt für eine Kurzreise. Bei Gelegenheit würden wir wieder anfragen❣️

Cons:

Das Restaurant könnte bei Bedarf gerne ein Weinglas oder wenn benötigt etwas Geschirr/ Besteck ausleihen. Auch eine kleine Gebühr wäre akzeptierbar.
