Stunning resort, we'll be back.
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay here, the room was amazing and we almost had the resort to ourselves!
Nattie was so helpful, we could ask anything.
We travelled by car and after leaving the road the lane through the forest to get to the resort was very bumpy, so drive with caution!
The breakfast was excellent and there are a couple of eateries a short walk up the beach which served good food too!
Unfortunately this stretch of coast is not suitable for swimming due to the rocky outcrop below, although the pool was lovely so not a big issue for us, we watched clams being picked each morning during low tide by the locals.
Would definitely return to this resort, very relaxing and clean.

Cons:

I missed having sun chairs on the large balcony, the Thai seating area on the balcony was too low for us.

Pros:

Room is very big, very comfortable and they clean everyday. Swimming pool is big and beautiful. Breakfast is great with a lot of choice. Beach is just in front of the resort. In low tide, you can explore the small creatures between the rocks.

Cons:

Maybe due to low season, not many restaurants to choose. But Siam kitchen just next to the resort is great.

Very quiet
Pros:

Location is a secluded area, the rooms are nice, bed was comfy.
Very clean, staff friendly, breakfast was good.
Suitable for someone who wants to be away from the main tourist areas

Cons:

It is a distance from the main shopping and entertainment areas, you need a car or motorcycle if you want to explore the towns.

Tolles Hotel in sehr ruhiger Umgebung
Pros:

Tolle große Unterkunft und super nettes Personal!
Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen, da kaum etwas los war (Nebensaison) und hatten den Pool fast immer für uns alleine :)

Cons:

Aufgrund der Nebensaison gab es nur eine kleine Auswahl beim Frühstück und eine kleine Warnung vor den Affen wäre bei Anreise super gewesen

Lovely stay due to its connection with the neighbouring Tropical Beach Resort; difficult to access.
Pros:

Excellent south-facing beach, all to the resort.
Pool is large and comfortable.
Rooms are of different grades.

Cons:

Fridge was empty.
Toiletries could have been better.
There should be sitting stools in the bathrooms.

Beautiful place, but in the low season down on facilities!!!
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean garden and good swimming pool
Rocky beach, not easy for swim.

Cons:

No staff 24/7, at night nobody there.
Restaurant close at 19.00 hour
No WIFI connection/ TV broken when I came.
Stay 1 week/ the last 3 days they fix for me WIFI connection 👍

Heureusement nous n’avons passé que 2 nuits à cet hôtel.
Pros:

L’emplacement

Cons:

Hôtel désert en mai
Peu de service et un petit déjeuner catastrophique : pas de buffet, juste un choix ultra restreint à la carte, pas de yaourt disponible. … et un service à minima.
Accès très compliqué : la navette nous a déposé au bout de la route : on a dû finir à pied par la plage, et un scooter est venu chercher nos bagages.
Les chambres sont spacieuses mais très sombres.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone,the beach was terrible and the power went out for 5 hours
Pros:

The place was very poorly managed and maintained
The breakfast was terrible and the staff disappeared so you couldn’t ask them for anything extra

Cons:

I didn’t like the male staff members that appeared to be making eye contact like a threatening stare
I think the maintenance man with the tattoos on one arm

het was voor ons het meest relaxte en luxueuze verblijf van heel onze vakantie
Pros:

Het was echt een paradijselijke locatie, op een prachtig strand met bovendien een heerlijk zwembad. De kamers waren heerlijk verkoeld zonder dat je een storende airco hoorde of maar van 1 kant een koude stroom binnenkreeg. Het personeel was super lief, zowel voor ons als voor de kinderen. De massages die je kunt boeken in het hotel zijn voortreffelijk en heel budgetvriendelijk
Op het strand nabij heb je bovendien enkele heel leuke restaurantjes, dus je hebt er echt alles wat je zou kunnen wensen op vakantie.

Das Preis-Leisungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht, das ist nicht in positiven Sinne gemeint!
Pros:

Der Strand, aber der ist und war naturgegeben, der Pool. Die Lage. Es gibt nichts mehr weiteres gutes zu berichten.

In der Nähe des Resorts, auf der Zufahrt dorthin gab es mehrere vermüllte/verwahrloste Örtlichkeiten

We stayed at this property for seven nights after booking and paying in full through Booking.com.

Based on our personal experience, the room did not fully match the standard we expected from the listing. During our stay, we documented several issues, including:

- exposed or improvised electrical wiring in the room
- visible moisture damage and mold traces in the bathroom
- damaged and stained towels
- humidity-related wall damage
- additional maintenance and equipment issues

These conditions were documented with photographs during our stay.

What disappointed us even more was the complaint handling process. We contacted Booking.com several times in writing, provided the requested booking information, photos, and further documentation, but in our experience no meaningful response was provided regarding the specific issues raised.

This was our personal experience, and unfortunately it did not match the expectations created by the property presentation. We recommend that future guests review all available information carefully before booking.

Chivapuri, ett sted du kan virkelig slappe av.
Pros:

Beliggenheten, langt unna alt. Du må ha scooter for å komme deg rundt, eller bare være på hotellet. Fantastisk bra restaurant med bra priser. Anbefaler mango shake 👍 Veldig hyggelig personale. Buff'e er veldig bra, med forskjellige retter hver dag. Anbefaler dette hotellet hvis du vil slappe av og få energi. Den fine stranden ligger så og si rett utenfor døra. Mange fine gåturer der.

Cons:

Gym kunne vært annerledes. Det er ikke spinning sykkel for oppvarming. Kunne vært bedre utvalg av frivekter. Litt dårlig i forhold i at det er 4 stjerner hotell. De kunne også hatt tråsykkel utleie, så man kommer seg litt rundt i området .

Ambiente confortável, quarto grande e limpo, de frente à praia com uma piscina deliciosa.
Funcionários super simpáticos, café da manhã bom e restaurante com bastante opção e comida deliciosa.

Cons:

Falta iluminação nos quartos e algumas coisas precisam de manutenção (como os lustres laterais da cama que estavam rasgados.)
É preciso melhorar a luz geral dos quartos e acrescentar uma luz de leitura também.
