Wonderful!
Pros:

This hotel is a true hidden gem. It is boutique (only 26 rooms) and feels like a five star. We had two suites courtesy of an upgrade and they were lovely - perfect for myself and my husband and our two adult daughters. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous. The staff were absolutely divine! Natalia booked us great restaurants and also excellent tours and when my husband had a nasty fall on our last night the night team were so caring and lovely. We didn't arrive back to the hotel from the hospital til after 1am. Staff were still on hand to welcome us and bring sandwiches to the room. Can't thank them
enough!

Top Service, alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sauberkeit war TOP. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade in die Spasuite erhalten. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel.

Great experience would love to come back
Pros:

From the moment we stepped in, everything was excellent. The personnel were incredibly helpful and lovely, the design was beautiful, it smelled fantastic 24/7, and the rooftop views were breathtaking. Not to mention the perfect location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. We felt truly well taken care of, and whenever we’re back in Rome, this hotel will be our first choice.

Świętowaliśmy w tym hotelu 40. urodziny mojego męża i był to absolutny strzał w dziesiątkę! To jeden z najlepszych hoteli, w jakich kiedykolwiek byliśmy. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie – życzliwa, uśmiechnięta i zawsze gotowa pomóc, dzięki czemu od pierwszej chwili czuliśmy się wyjątkowo.

Śniadanie z przepięknym widokiem na okolicę było idealnym początkiem każdego dnia. Natomiast pokój z jacuzzi i sauną to prawdziwa rewelacja – prywatna strefa relaksu, w której mogliśmy w pełni celebrować ten wyjątkowy czas.

To były najlepsze urodziny, jakie mogliśmy sobie wymarzyć. Z całego serca polecamy i na pewno wrócimy! 🥂✨

Well located hotel with great staff and amenities. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

Excellent location and a hotel that understands the details. An upgrade was a lovely bonus but doesn't diminish our original decision to stay there.

Pros:

De staf is enorm vriendelijk. We hebben hier onze honeymoon mogen starten en dat is een geweldige keuze geweest. Het ontvangst was fantastisch, de kamer kan niet mooier zijn en de service is onbeschrijfelijk.

Er is niets wat ons niet beviel.

Awesome
Pros:

Fabulous few days in Rome staying at The First Arte hotel. Upon arrival the reception staff were awesome. The room was incredible. The breakfast was excellent. The location was great for everything from sightseeing to shopping. All in all an excellent place to stay in Rome. Would go back again when in Rome.

Cons:

The bar downstairs closed at 6.30pm, but with so many local restaurants and bars it was not a real problem

Superb boutique hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Great location and also in quiet side street. Large rooms, very comfortable bed, great quality linen, pillow menu, very clean and superbly maintained. Very attentive and polite staff. Great breakfast choice and service.

The staff was the best. Super friendly and they remembered everything.

The hotel is clean, boutique and just very high end.

Luxury and pure class is what you can expect from a 5* hotel, but the staff made is 5+
