La amabilidad del personal y el desayuno maravilloso
I love the location of the property… it was an experience to have the village walking distance from us. They gave us a goodbye pack which was a thoughtful gesture. The surrounding area is so green and rural and horses and cows nearby. Beds were comfy… and the jacuzzi was a huge plus. The interior design was also exceptionally beautiful. So much thought went into everything.
You have to pay for parking… and the tv needs chromecast installed for tourist expats that want to use their apps.
Nos encantó el personal diez de diez todos muy amabales muy serviciales y se preocupan con que estés agusto , el personal sin duda brillan y les dan un gran toque de comodidad y confianza al hotel y al irte te dan un bolso con comida para regreso del viaje súper súper detallista nos pareció este gesto . Todos espectaculares desde las chicas de limpieza hasta el personal de la
Cocina , recepción y el de las terrazas.
En nuestra habitación por las fotos nose apreciaba que era muy pequeña y que el baño no estaba separado lo típico de los hoteles , la habitación muy bonita eso sí y súper cómodas pero era muy pequeña en la cama había un somier que sobresalía y del poco espacio me di con la rodilla en el somier me salió hasta un moraton en la rodilla , el baño no había mucha privacidad sobre todo para cuando querías hacer popo se escuchaba todo no tenías esa pequeña privacidad que se tiene en los baños incluso el lavamanos está al lado d ela cama un poco incómodo también por si la otra persona se levanta antes no puede hacer prácticamente nada por no despertar a la otra persona pero por lo demás todo muy bien .
Sin duda la amabilidad de los empleados, lo bien que te reciben y el detalle de darte una bolsa con agua y galletas cuando te vas.
Bellissima struttura, pulita, arredamento e letto comodissimo. Prima colazione eccezionale, con cibo di qualità e personale sorridente e super efficace.
La procedura del check-in troppo lunga e complessa.
Lovely hotel with really nice pool area and bar, comfortable bed and spacious room (inc spa bath). Staff incredibly helpful - especially the two chaps that generally ran the bar.
Santillana lovely - but a little lost to tourism and sanitised - guess our fault!
Das Bett war sehr bequem. Nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und reichhaltig und wurde fortlaufend aufgefüllt. Jeder Zusatzwunsch wurde vom sehr freundlichen und umsichtigen Personal umgehend erfüllt. Toll auch die Vorabinformationen die uns von der sehr aufmerksammen Rezeptionistin vorab übersand wurden.
Es gab wirklich nichts zu kritisieren.

Amazing location and facilities. Fastidious attention to detail and cleanliness. Our room had a great balcony and jacuzzi in the room. This place is an oasis of calm for those who dislike noisy kids….or noisy adults! It’s a real chill out zone. The reception team are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Having a cocktail from the WW drinks wagon at the pool terrace is a great way to spend the evening. It’s a 5 minute walk to the medieval town which itself is beautifully preserved with many restaurants along the cobbled pedestrian only streets.
