Einfach fantastisch!
Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem. Nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und reichhaltig und wurde fortlaufend aufgefüllt. Jeder Zusatzwunsch wurde vom sehr freundlichen und umsichtigen Personal umgehend erfüllt. Toll auch die Vorabinformationen die uns von der sehr aufmerksammen Rezeptionistin vorab übersand wurden.

Cons:

Es gab wirklich nichts zu kritisieren.

Great stay. Loved the cycling, walking and small beaches near the town
Pros:

Lovely hotel with really nice pool area and bar, comfortable bed and spacious room (inc spa bath). Staff incredibly helpful - especially the two chaps that generally ran the bar.

Cons:

Santillana lovely - but a little lost to tourism and sanitised - guess our fault!

An oasis of calm

Amazing location and facilities. Fastidious attention to detail and cleanliness. Our room had a great balcony and jacuzzi in the room. This place is an oasis of calm for those who dislike noisy kids….or noisy adults! It’s a real chill out zone. The reception team are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Having a cocktail from the WW drinks wagon at the pool terrace is a great way to spend the evening. It’s a 5 minute walk to the medieval town which itself is beautifully preserved with many restaurants along the cobbled pedestrian only streets.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.

nice people and hotel. Unfortunately for us not the sleeping comfort ones requires and should expect
Pros:

great people, greet surroundings, interior, breakfast. High level of service and positive attitude.
We were unfortunate this the weather so the Jacuzzi and pool not tested. Also, we haven't experienced how it will be like when people sit outside and the bar is open and music plays till maybe midnight. But it's surely something to consider when you are an early sleeper (say before 11-11.30pm)
Town is pretty amazing and you can find okay food. The Hotel location is good, although parking (for free) close to the hotel might be tough.

Cons:

We had room 102 with Jacuzzi. Pretty awesome.
However, the room suffers from moments of heavy noise. Seems to be like an pump or ventilator of some sort. Maybe the pool installation. You can NOT sleep or have a nap with that soundlevel.
It causes us to give the Hotel only a 5. After all, a Hotel is to sleep well isn't it? However, the manager did compensate us and was truly understanding. I believe the Hotel has a technical issues to tackle here.
