Relaxing stay
Pros:

We booked a 3 persons room and we received a two bedroom apartment, which made our stay even better. The personnel are very nice and friendly, the locations is just perfect (3 minutes walking from the sea), and the city was a positive surprise for us.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant is a brasserie and is quite expensive. Nevertheless, around there are many food options and we prefers to eat outside

Very comfortable stay with good massages, good value for money
Pros:

Very friendly staff, speaking Flemish, English and even polish. Huge comfortable bed and modern bathroom.

Cons:

Just a small minus: the door to the room were not soundproofed at all

Décevant et pas chaleureux.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel à quelques pas de la plage et proche de tout à Nieuport. Le personnel de l’accueil qui était poli et souriant. La chambre était propre.

Cons:

La décoration de la chambre était vieillotte et pas chaleureuse, la sdb vraiment sombre et triste.
Il y avait énormément de monde au petit déjeuner (ça l’hotel n’y peut rien) mais c’était vraiment très désagréable pour se servir. En plus il manquait de la vaisselle et le réassort n’était pas correctement effectué au niveau des aliments. Le personnel du petit déjeuner n'était pas agréable (la pression peut-être mais un sourire n’aurait pas été de trop).
Nous étions avec notre petit chien et aucune attention n’avait été prévue pour lui malgré les frais supplémentaires à payer (16€ par nuit dans mon souvenir); aussi nous avons été relégués avec les autres pestiférés (comprenez propriétaires de chiens) à la salle du bar pour le petit déjeuner : vraiment pratique pour manger étant donné que les tables sont basses et qu’il faut aussi traverser le hall d’entrée bondé de gens avec leurs valises entre cet espace et la salle du buffet avec son plateau rempli…

Prijs kwaliteit. Geen 4 sterren waard, bv. verouderde wasbak. Warme donkere gangen. Restaurant veel te veel lawaai.
