O atendimento dos funcionários

Cons:

As instalações precisam de manutenção. A cama é minúscula para um adulto. O banheiro é estreito na parte do chuveiro, dificultando o uso. O cofre não fecha.O ar-condicionado não tem regulador, ficando entre extremos. O elevador apresenta problema e trava.

Pros:

Atendimento da equipe de recepção é excepcional, bem como o do pessoal do bar do lobby, muito simpáticos e prestativos, muito educados.
O banheiro dispõe de água quente e um ducha excepcional e não é chuveiro elétrico, o que muito me agradou.
O shampoo é muito bom e com a quantidade ideal para dois/três banhos.
O lobby do hotel é lindo, realmente maravilhoso.

Cons:

Do ar condicionado, não ter como controlar a temperatura por controle remoto e de ter somente 3 sabonetezinhos (aqueles de hotel), deveriam ter mais, para maior conforto do hóspede.
De ter de pagar para deixar a bagagem guardada.
Neste dia o café esta com a temperatura de morna, para quase fria. Infelizmente.
