Das Personal hat mir geholfen mein Zimmer für ein Geburtstag einzurichten.
Zudem war mein Freund krank und das Personal hat mir geholfen eine Apotheke zu finden, hat jeden Tag nach dem Wohlbefinden von meinem Freund gefragt.

Horrible and regrettable

It looks luxurious in the pictures, but the reality is different completely, the rooms provided are different, it’s split ACs there so in summer it’s horrible, I booked a room with terrace but the AC was not working and I had to change to standard room without any refund from the hotel. It’s a hotel run by few individuals, no professionalism at all, they all are nice people but service is not upto the expectation for the money being spent. Very disappointed.
