Very homey place to stay at a right price.
Pros:

The lady owner I believe her name is Rosa Maria was a delight. She received us with open arms. We couldn’t communicate verbally but her energy was so open and positive that we couldn’t help but like her. Parking was easy. Went to see the flamingos reserve. Very much well worth the walk on a hot day. Bring water and west a hat.

Cons:

Hard address to find but we made it. The sign should be more visible. .

Cons:

Già definirlo hotel è una parola grossa. Non c'è portineria dalle 21 alle 8 .il locale colazione ha solo quattro tavolini. In camera e in bagno non ci sono punti di appoggio. Le prese di ricarica per telefono in terra.... La camera da su una strada e si sentono tutti i rumori. Non ci sono doppie finestre o vetri doppi.

Worth the money.
Pros:

It is located within the historical Noto area (yellow-stone construction). They have modernised the interior as much as possible and the limitations if any in the bathroom are purely due to the old construction. Everything is within a few mins walk downhill -- a great advantage. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room has everything one would need for a short work visit.

Anna-Maria und ihre Angestellten waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend und mit sehr guten Tipps für Ausflüge zur Stelle.
Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch mit wunderbar frischen Croissants, Kaffee und leckeren Säften.
Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und bei Bedarf die Handtücher gewechselt.
Unser Zimmer war ein Vierbett obwohl nur zu zweit und damit entsprechend sehr geräumig.
Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas älter, hat uns persönlich aber nicht gestört.
Auf Grund des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses und der tollen Lage können wir die Albergo La Fontanella sehr empfehlen. Das schöne barocke Zentrum mit tollen Bars und Restaurants ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Parken war kostenlos in den umliegenden Straßen möglich.
Daumen hoch und für Anna-Maria und ihr Team für die Zukunft alles Gute.
