Pros:

Sehr freundliches/hilfsbereites Personal! Strand und Unterkunft sehr sauber! Privat Strand ist super!

Cons:

Ohne Auto nicht empfehlenswert! Liegt sehr abgelegen. Es ist sehr hellhörig! Am Morgen erwacht man ab dem Reinigungspersonal welches sehr laut ist. Hat sehr wenig stauraum im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag das selbe.

Isoleringen, gick inte att ta sig till någon stad när man inte har bil.Tråkigt med tåg som åkte förbi. Väldigt lyhört.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels um umliegende Städte wie Palermo oder Cefalu anzuschauen, war gut. Jedoch sollte man beachten, dass sich die Bahntrasse unmittelbar hinter dem Hotel befindet.

Cons:

- Die Ausstattung des Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. Befestigung WC-Spülung lose, Lichter zum Teil geflackert).
- Mängel beim Frühstück, z.B. nur eine und diese nicht korrekt funktionierend, Kaffeemaschine, Käse zum Teil geschmolzen
- bei Buchung aufpassen und sofern nicht gewollt, dass Zimmer nicht im Erdgeschoss gebucht werden, da hier erhöhter Publikumsverkehr vor dem Zimmer stattfinden kann

Ich habe mich extrem unwohl gefühlt
Cons:

Man konnte von einer öffentlichen Straße ins Zimmer gucken. Türgriff zum WC war kaputt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren fleckig. Der Whirlpool, welcher der Grund für meine Buchung war, war extrem verkalkt und dreckig. Direkt hinter meinem Apartment verlief eine Schnellzugstrecke, die alle 15-20 Minuten befahren wurde, weswegen ich nicht schlafen konnte. Vor meinem Apartment war ein öffentliches Restaurant, wo man teilweise bis 1 Uhr nachts gefeiert hat. Für das Geld habe ich deutlich Besseres erwartet. Ich empfehle es niemanden!

Wij zaten in een prachtig nieuw appartement waar alles zéér schoon was. Het zwembad was vlakbij en het ontbijt goed. En het personeel erg behulpzaam.

However, there were some drawbacks. The room had a circular bed, and because of its shape, the bedspread would not stay in place. Parts of the bed smelled damp, and the upholstery appeared worn and difficult to clean. Some areas of the room were in need of repair.

There is an open-air restaurant above the rooms that played loud music until late at night, although this was not a major issue for us. The hotel is conveniently located, but I would recommend having a car for getting to and from the city.

During our stay, work was being carried out on the beach, including the installation of umbrellas using excavators, which created quite a bit of noise.

A dream holiday in Sicily
Pros:

Hotel Sporting Club is an absolute gem in Sicily. The location is great just 20 minutes by car from Palermo and 40 minutes to Cefalù.
Welcomed from the moment we arrived by Fabio who is very kind and helpful receptionist. Mariano was one of the staff who took really good care of everything we asked.
The hotel has its own private beach, also offers an outdoor pool. From sea-view balcony we could watch the beautiful sunset and sunrise on the Mediterranean Sea. Sitting at the restaurant balcony for breakfast table, we watch the sea stretch into an endless, shimmering expanse of deep indigo while we listened to the relaxing music played by a stylish pianist lady .
One night we went to the bar and one night to the restaurant, we could see the dark, glistening water stretches into the horizon, catching the silver reflection of the moon. Bar lights twinkle overhead, casting a cozy glow over our table while we enjoyed the live music too.
The whole vibe is calm and caring. the hotel combined comfortable and stylish elements. It feels like a quiet retreat where every detail was made to help guests relax.
I love travelling so I have gone to a lot of 4- and 5-star hotels, but Hotel Sporting Club felt like a dream.
I highly recommend Hotel Sporting Club to anyone visiting Sicily.
