Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Please note that early check-in before 15:00 is subject to availability and will incur a surcharge upon confirmation.
Rooms are assigned by an automated system based on room category. For special requests please note that a surcharge is applicable for each request at the express self-service kiosk at the property.
WiFi vouchers can be purchased from the information counter at the lobby.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in.

From the 1st January 2023, Please note :
All cleaned and sanitized hotel rooms will be sealed and stickered with a door seal before guest check-in.
Hotel will suspend daily housekeeping service to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
However, Hotel will still provide a quick daily trash removal service. If guest stay is extended, room will automatically receive a complete cleaning service on the fourth day of their extended stay.
Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Fee of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.

Too big the hotel, neither human or the technology can control.
Pros:

Nothing. After seeing the pictures in Booking.com and also with the front view while going on the cable car we had high hopes in the hotel

Cons:

Nothing. Horrible view they gave. Side by side another building. Also without informing us gave the room in smoking area where we went with our kids. Even after air fresheners spray couldn’t stop the smoking smell. Charged us 15RM each room (total 30) due to our passports didn’t have the chip to check in online. Which we didn’t get a receipt

Disappointing stay due to poor room arrangements and inconvenient facilities

The location was convenient

Cons:

I booked two rooms and specifically requested double beds for both, but both rooms were assigned with twin beds instead. In addition, the two rooms were placed on different floors, which was very inconvenient and not thoughtful for guests staying together.

Both rooms also had maintenance issues — the sinks were clogged and the hair dryers were not functioning properly. The shower only had a fixed shower head, which was quite inconvenient to use. Another downside was the lack of power sockets near the beds; the only sockets available were near the mirror, making charging devices inconvenient.
