Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Please note that early check-in before 15:00 is subject to availability and will incur a surcharge upon confirmation.
Rooms are assigned by an automated system based on room category. For special requests please note that a surcharge is applicable for each request at the express self-service kiosk at the property.
WiFi vouchers can be purchased from the information counter at the lobby.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
From the 1st January 2023, Please note :
All cleaned and sanitized hotel rooms will be sealed and stickered with a door seal before guest check-in.
Hotel will suspend daily housekeeping service to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
However, Hotel will still provide a quick daily trash removal service. If guest stay is extended, room will automatically receive a complete cleaning service on the fourth day of their extended stay.
Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Fee of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.
Please take note that all receipt can be collected from the Front Office upon check out.

Terms & Conditions for Eufloria Gardens
1. Eufloria Gardens & Sculpture Park entry for one day only from 10am to 6pm.
2. Park closes on every Wednesday and Thursday except Malaysia Public Holidays and School Holidays.
3. Confirmation of the package is subject to room availability
4. Refund will not be issued if the package is cancelled or unutilized
5. The front office will issue all entitlements to the guests upon check-in
6. Guests are required to produce a printed email confirmation for entry to Eufloria Gardens & Sculpture Park
7. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior.

Terms & Conditions for Genting SkyWay cable car tickets
1. Genting SkyWay operating hours is from 9 to 7pm.
2. Guests are required to produce a printed email confirmation to ticketing counter to exchange for a physical ticket before to scan the QR code at the turnstile for direct boarding.
3. All guest(s) must retain their confirmation email(s) or confirmation via Booking APP for inspection.
4. The confirmation email is strictly non-transferable, not for sale or exchange and non-refundable under any circumstances, including external factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. haze, inclement weather, governmental acts, acts of God, riots or strikes) and will be void if altered, defaced or tampered.
5. The Management reserves the right to review and revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Room service was good at stay.
Cons:

Take very long time for the reception to understand my requirements. Hotel doesn't have my records when checking in. Cause I booked from third party. Couldn't earn point from RWS Rewards as I had paid so much.

Pros:

The hotel is in Genting Highlands, the scenic views and food.

Cons:

Took 3 hours to check in because the self service kiosk is not working. I booked 2 rooms and cannot check in the 2nd room at the kiosk. I have to get a queue number and wait in line that took an hour. At the counter it took another hour to find the 2nd room. 2 front desk staff were already in front of us searching and opening files while holding our passports but it took the senior staff less than a minute to find it.
