Too many issues we’ve never had to deal with before…especially given the high cost.

Our newly refurbished room didn’t include use of a hair dryer (listed as supplied according to the hotel). Found out that it is not a standard for the new rooms. Also major hassle with the deadbolt to the door and to an adjoining room. It needed a good deal of force to lock/unlock. No storage for clean towels and spare tissue roll. They were stacked on the sink so only had use of half the sink (not a big sink). Finally, the bathroom door squeaked loudly whenever it was opened/closed. Especially fun in the middle of the night.

WORST STAFF EVER
Pros:

nothing, it is a terrible place. the front desk staff are way beyond rude, and the side entrance by the parking did not work. Out of the blue someone started pounding on the door and screaming at me that they wanted to know what is going on, flipping out because the room beneath me had a leak and this was somehow my fault. I said i did not fo anything call a plumber and the beastly creature said 'I am calling the police'. She never sid but she charged me a 400 dollar smoking fee when nobody smoked. so in sum I paid 700 for a 7 hours stay in the worst hotel ever... with staff that literally threatened and robbed me. Pictures of the totally dry bathroom when i got accosted by the insane woman in my room.

Cons:

The broken locks the faulty plumbing being threatened by the staff because I don't know why they're plumbing is leaking in the room beneath mine, the broken door locks the nonworking vending machines the incredibly stale breakfast food worst, the despiteful robbery of $400 for NOT smoking.

Comfortable Hotel
Pros:
