It’s something
Pros:

The one thing I didn’t know about this hotel is that it’s built like a bomb shelter in the best way possible- the stairs are basically in a concrete tube in the middle of the building, I felt really safe getting in and out of the bomb shelter this way which is a big thing for when you’re Kyiv these days! Apart from that, it’s a hotel that’s still a hotel and not a hostel with a fancy name - you get room service, a reception desk, all the hotel-like facilities other hotels seem to have forgotten existed 😁 Also it’s an iconic building in the heart of the city, so yeah, recommend!

Рекомендую тим, хто захоплюється сміливими та оригінальними рішеннями в побудові готелю
Pros:

Прекрасне розташування у самому центрі міста. Поруч багато барів та ресторанів, метро Арсенальна та КВЦ Парковий. Красивий вид з вікна на річку, парки, вулиці та на лівий берег. Унікальний готель в плані архітектури, де номери нагадують шматочки торту. Принаймні раз обовʼязково зупинитися та скласти своє враження. До переваг також віднесу і ціну, як для двукімнатного люкса з хорошим розташуванням в перлині футуризму.

Cons:

Інтерʼєр зносився. Навіть наявні меблі не передають той настрій футуризму, який закладали архітектори. А скоріше повертають в темні 90ті. Враховуйте, що якщо придивлятися до дрібниць всередині, то почесний вік кидається в очі. Невеликі зауваження щодо чистоти чи пилу в закутках.

Расположение супер, приветливый персонал, каждый день уборка, водичка новая, есть подвал в котором я спала из-за обстрелов((( диван был большой, кожаный))) и было там тихо! Вид со окна впечатляет, пешком до цума 20 минут, до метро 5 мин пешком

Pros:

Готель відповідає своїй зірковій категорії. Старенький інтер'єр, але все доглянуте, в номері було чисто. Дуже привітний персонал. З вікна відкривається фантастичний вид на місто. Локація відмінна, близько до метро і поряд є все необхідне.

Cons:

Погана шумоізоляція. Не вистачило чайника і води, хоча чашки і стакани в номері були

Хорошее место, особенно для лета (когда тепло). Подойдет тем, кто хочет/любит фотографировать Киев.
Pros:

1) Отличное расположение. Это, пожалуй, главное достоинство.
2) Тихий номер, не знаю были ли соседи, но их не было слышно. Показалось, что в отеле немного людей, и это плюс.
3) Сразу же при выходе из отеля продовольственный магазин (Novus). Очень удобно, чтобы купить готовой еды, если не хочется идти куда-то в ресторан/кафе.

Cons:

1) Очень холодно в начале мая, когда отопление отключено, а на улице еще не сильно потеплело )) Я взял обогреватель на ресепшн, но и его было мало для обогрева номера в это время.
2) отсутствие ресторана/кафе при отеле. Не критично, но непривычно.
