Great place to stay in the Brea/Fullerton area
Pros:

The room was roomy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, nothing too fancy, but enough of a variety. It was located very close to shops and restaurants.

I like staying at this location. Convenience and affordability!
Pros:

I love the breakfast! Although sometimes when I come down at 8:30 there are no more eggs! And it’s disappointing. Breakfast is available until 9am but I want to sleep in.

Cons:

They should have enough eggs until 9am!

It will take significant effort for the hotel to return to what it once was.
Pros:

Convenient location for me, quiet area, and a good-sized parking lot.

Cons:

The beds are still comfortable, but I would recommend that management start paying attention to some of them. I’m concerned that despite the continuous increase in prices, the overall quality of the hotel is declining. The general condition is getting worse. In some bathrooms, the shower faucets are very hard to operate and need real effort to use. The floors that have replaced the carpeting are of poor quality.
The front desk staff seem not very focused on the hotel or its guests, which is quite unusual and disappointing. The laundry facilities are constantly occupied by the same people bringing in large bags of clothes and washing late into the night. If you need to do your own laundry, you may have to look for a laundromat nearby.
There is also a noticeable smell of smoke on the floors, which I personally find disturbing.
All of this is truly disappointing, especially because I have known this place for many years, and it is sad to see its decline. What is really needed is a skilled maintenance professional to systematically address the issues in each room. There is clearly a lot of work to be done.
