Fantastic stay
Pros:

Fantastic stay at Amata Patong Hotel! The location is unbeatable, super convenient for walking around Patong. The room was spotless and very comfortable. What made the stay truly special was the staff: always smiling, incredibly welcoming, and eager to help with anything. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The hotel was honestly terrible. The room had a disgusting smell, and there were cockroaches crawling around inside the room. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable and this is absolutely not something a guest should have to deal with.

My friend who stayed in the room was also affected by the cockroaches and had an allergic reaction, with his body breaking out in a severe rash and red bumps. This made the situation even more serious and extremely uncomfortable. We were genuinely shocked by the poor hygiene and condition of the room. I strongly believe the hotel needs to take this matter seriously and improve its cleanliness and pest control immediately.
