Its very good and the location is the best
Spacious, comfortable IBIS type feel with great service and extremely Friendly, efficient staff. 5 mins walk from anything you may want to do in patong. If price suits you, I highly recommend.
In advance, always ask for a room that doesn't face the main road

The location is excellent and very convenient. However, be aware that there are extra charges for many things that are usually included at other hotels. The staff experience was inconsistent—some were very friendly and helpful, while others were not. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if location is your priority, but don’t expect many amenities or exceptional service.
