Pros:

اللوبي والغرف والمسابح وتعامل الموظفين وخدمة الغرف والنظافة والتكييف بالغرفه كلها فوق الممتازة

Cons:

المسبح العلوي صار فيه صيانه لمدة 5 ايام والاشعار قبلها بيوم فقط ولكن عوض ذلك المسبح الارضي

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here
Pros:

Property is in great position, easy walk to beach, shopping centre and Bangla Road

Cons:

It was a bit noisy at night, it didn’t bother us too much but might other people. To be fair our room, which was lovely, was at the road front so rooms in a different position might not be as noisy. If you like lots of night life this probably would not be an issue.

It was ok. I was disappointed you didn’t reimburse for the 1 night I was not there or you could allow for late checkout.

Do not book the pool access rooms, pay for the cheapest room.

I booked a direct pool access pool, what a waste of money. Do not book this room. It was very expensive. This pool everyone can see it from the road. No privacy, it’s right in front of the hotel, so everyone that’s checking in can see you, and also everyone from there balcony. My room was completely wet, wall where dripping water, counter and floor had water, my bed was musty, and wet as well and smelled heavily of cigarette. They said it was because of humidity. (Sure) I was then moved to an upper room, (they said it was an upgrade because it had a microwave) so I was not compensated for the money I lost. This room thankfully had no “humidity issues”. The “upgrade” had draining issues. The shower was not properly draining causing water to spill out on to the floor and bathroom area. We had to use towels to keep the water from coming into the room. The tvs did not work at all. My experience was horrible. The only good thing I would say is location.
