Pros:

The hotel was very good overall. The staff were always polite, friendly, and helpful. The housekeeping was also excellent: our room was cleaned every day, and all the necessary essentials were regularly restocked.

The location is great, just one block from Copacabana Beach, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and good places to eat nearby. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.

Cons:

At first, we were given a room facing the inner courtyard, which was not very pleasant for a week-long stay. The view was quite unattractive, and there was also an unpleasant smell outside, so keeping the windows open was not really an option. However, the reception staff were very kind and changed our room to one with a much better view, which we really appreciated.

Another thing we were a little disappointed with was the breakfast. We stayed for a week, and there was very little variety from day to day. There was a good selection of pastries and sweet options, and they were tasty, but the main hot food was basically the same every morning , scrambled eggs and fried sausages. Nothing much was added or changed during our stay, so by the end of the week we were quite tired of eating the same breakfast every day. If you are happy with pastries and something sweet in the morning, though, there are plenty of options.

One more minor point: since this is a leisure hotel very close to the beach, guests naturally come back with wet swimsuits and beach clothes. It would be very useful to have a more convenient place in the room to hang and dry them.

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Principalmente o Carlos da recepção.

Cons:

Limpeza. As moças são muito legais e gentis. Imagino que o instruído pessoa empresa que seja falho. Fronhas com cheiro de suor. O chão não é limpo diariamente. Resto de sabonete no banheiro. Cabelo aos tufos no chão.

Hotel is goed gelegen in Copacabana en ook dichtbij Ipanema. Zeer goed ontbijtbuffet. Het biedt een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Geen restaurant voor diner, relatief kleine lobby.
