Beautiful Hotel in Cusco
Pros:

Everything was wonderful; the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I especially want to highlight the kindness of Julio, who helped my husband and daughters with everything. I'm leaving Peru very happy.

Cusco The best destination you can visit in Peru
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable thanks to the excellent service I and my family received. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very comfortable.

I want to especially mention the assistance of one of the staff members, Mr. Julio, who helped me with many things from the moment I arrived.

Great stay.
Pros:

The rooms where comfortable, clean and the hotel is in a great location. The staff was very attentive at check-in and check-out, and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant.

A good experience!
Pros:

Excellent service and very caring staff. I loved the coca tea available in the lobby every day. I had an early tour departure at 3:00 a.m., and the hotel thoughtfully provided coffee and bread for guests. They also helped me find my tour guide, which I truly appreciated. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Viaje de cumpleaños maravilla
Pros:

Me gusto que me cantaron mi happy birthday por mi cumple. Todo estuvo limpio y ordenado. El baño la habitacion y las camas impecables. Nos toco a la calle ingresaba el sol buenisimo pero tenia backout que nos dejaba dormir buenazo.

Cons:

Que el check out era algo mas temprano.

Excellent Stay in Cusco
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at LP Los Portales Cusco. The staff was genuinely friendly and always willing to help the room was comfortable and clean, and the location made it easy to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Cusco.
