Good view but need transport to old town
Pros:

This was a nice hotel. Clean and spacious room. Decent view. However getting to/from old town each day was a bit of a pain. Bus is included with Dubrovnik pass, but it can be packed and involves waiting. Uber worked well but price varied.

A melhorar
Pros:

Gostamos da comida. Os empregados do restaurante são simpáticos.
Boa localização

Cons:

Pros:

Personnel accueillant et aidant.

Cons:

Relaxing and restful with lovely amenities!
Pros:

The facilities were great, breakfast had many options. Gym was fab, pool was lovely and the view over the pool was incredible. The room was spacious, very helpful and friendly staff. I would stay here again for sure!

Cons:

We didn't mind as we're keen hikers anyway but if you're looking for something closer to the town this would probably be a little far for some people to walk. As it's 30 minutes downhill walking to the town.

We stayed as part of a trip. that made it fine but if on our own would not be OK
Pros:

The room was good, the staff were excellent. Breakfast and the dining was good, breakfast best. The view is very good as the hotel is way above the port.

Cons:

The place is great but well above the port so walking down was a long drop but that gave a great view. It just made getting anywhere an issue. a shuttle to the town or port would be amazing. The only way to reach anywhere else is by taxi or Uber.

Amazing views… just lots of stairs!
Pros:

We would absolutely stay here again!
We arrived in the very early hours of the morning due to a flight delay. Check in was super quick and we were delighted to see a tray of food left for us by the hotel - it was so incredibly kind!
The staff have all been so friendly and it’s been so lovely to stay here
The views are amazing from the balcony, make sure to book a balcony!
The half board option is perfect - you are a real distance from any restaurants and the on site restaurant has a variety of delicious food to choose from and saves you paying €28 per person, you do have to buy your own drinks but that comes to around €13
There is a kettle and fridge in the room which is great - we got some UHT milk from the supermarket and could have a nice drink of tea in the evenings
The bedroom itself is clean and tidy, however the walls are thin on the side where the exit door is so you will hear everything… especially loud cruise ship passengers waking up early in the morning!
The pool area hasn’t been busy at all, we always got a good sun lounger - it’s a nice pool and the view is just amazing

Cons:

These are not bad comment just things to be aware of:
There is no internet by the outdoor pool - the WiFi overall in the hotel can be slow and there are three different wifis to join
You are very over looked by the buildings next door. They over look the pool so it’s not always the most private feeling
The walk from the sea front to the hotel is a killer it’s roughly 30 flights of stairs, you will burn off any breakfast or cake you’ve had!
It is about 40 min walk to old town from the hotel, we were confused on the buses and I do think the hotel could offer a shuttle bus of some sort… just to avoid those stairs! We did take a taxi from the old town back to the hotel and that was €25

Cons:

Pros:

Toller Service, Tolle Angestellte in allen Bereichen. Danke für alles.

Cons:

Pros:

The view was amazing but there are two residential towerblocks either side which were in a poor state and residents can look on to balconies.

Cons:

The surrounding area is a little run down but the view over the sea and port was breathtaking.
