Lovely hotel with amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Incredible pool with amazing view especially of the sunset. View

Lovely pool with amazing views, delicious breakfast with loads of choice and variety and friendly staff, room very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

View from balcony was into block of flats which had lots of rubbish in- not the hotels fault of course!

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Ótima estadia! Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos. O hotel fica numa excelente localização, perto do porto e com vistas lindíssimas sobre o mar Adriático. O quarto era cómodo e estava muito limpo. O pequeno almoço foi diversificado e de qualidade.

Comfortable and clean but did not meet expectations of a four star hotel.
Pros:

Property in good order, very clean and well presented.

Cons:

Hotel main bar closed at 10pm. One generally expects a later service in a higher rated holiday property. Found reference in the listing afterwards but it’s tucked away. Felt a bit ripped off for the price paid. Not a four star service. Staff not overly friendly and dismissive of complaints. Offered mini bar “package” as an alternative. As a result did not use the restaurant and ate breakfast off site 3 out four days. Counter productive policy. Also the surrounding roads have no pavements and one takes your life in one’s hands to get to bus stops. A shuttle service to old town would help.
