Great place for a budget sort stay.
Pros:

Nicely positioned, very clean with great air con and friendly staff.

Cons:

The water heater worked but you had to remember to turn it on !

Great place for the price paid, although my friend stayed at the Village for the same price.
Pros:

Great staff service. Room 406 was across from the elevator which was nice and it was clean and well kept.

Cons:

I did not enjoy that room 406 did not have a window. It was also too small to accomodate my three luggages. I found the comfortable, but the bed was too big for the space in the room.

Friendly staff, elevator for bags.

Cons:

Was not what I thought I'd paid for and I even upgraded. No where to put 2 lots of luggage, very poor bathroom set up. Towels and clothes got wet when showering.

Pros:

Friendly staff, great air conditioning (essential!). Basic accommodation but clean and perfect for what we needed. Close to the MRT. Some cool markets nearby.

Cons:

You get what you pay for, so nothing we would complain about, basic, small room, but it was all we needed!
The bed was quite firm, but I find most hotel rooms are!
