Clean, quiet first floor was all I expected.
Pros:

Breakfast was not included, that was my criticism for the expense of the room, breakfast should have been included.

Honest truth
Pros:

The staff, everyone was so nice even to my hyper children they didn't even look at them crazy someone said they didn't blame me they would let their children have fun also, I will be back for sure for another relaxing night. Great staff !

Cons:

Just the bathrooms you could tell they do not clean, they need to hire my cleaning company.

Good suburban hotel 20+ minutes from downtown Milwaukee
Pros:

Decent hotel, good amenities, room clean , shower could use a bit detailed cleaning but overall room was in good clean condition. Friendly staff, restaurant on site big plus. Broody the bartend knows how to make guests fill special.

Ok to sleep over and nothing else.
Cons:

Bathroom floor was left dirty and we asked twice to have someone clean it but no one did. We complained but were told by the clerk at front desk that he is only a receptionist. Not sure who we were supposed to complain to.

Christmas party at my son's home.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Close to everything.

Cons:

Restaurant was not staffed properly. Longer wait time and modified menu options. But we were fine with in and no rush to be anywhere. There was a wedding the night before so they should have been prepared for that breakfast traffic. Some of those guests may not have been happy.

Had a great stay over the weekend. Likely to return

Beautiful building and rooms. Nice pool area

Cons:

Couldn’t play our Nintendo Switch, unable to turn down the tv volume when Nintendo was hooked up. Volume was all the way up with no way to turn it down. Left is unable to play

Great customer service
Pros:

Tenesha at the front desk was the BEST. She had great customer service, went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and her sense of humor made us feel like friends. The hotel was so clean and nice, just an overall great location! Tenesha, you need a raise!
