Leichte Startschwierigkeiten beim einchecken, aber dann alles i.o.

Das sehr schön angerichtete Frühstück und das aufmerksame Personal dabei!

Cons:

Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber/Verwalter, bei Problemen. Telefonisch nur zur bestimmten Zeiten und per Email wird Spat geantwortet.

Guter Aufenthalt. Einmal rüpelhafte Gäste in Nebenwohnungen mit nächtlichen Gebrüll. Sonst gut.
Pros:

Nur Übernachtung, kein Frühstück. Preis für Frühstück unüblich hoch.
Lage desHauses ist gut. Direkt im Wohngebiet. Nur ein paar Gehminuten
Zum Rhein bzw Bodensee.
Praktische Wohnungseinrichtung alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Einchecken. Erstes Einchecken kurz vor 15 Uhr. Automat hat Wohnung mit Nummer zugewiesen, dann Hinweis, dass Einchecken noch nicht möglich sei .Erst nach 15 Uhr. Die eingegebenen Daten blieben erhalten.
Nach 15 Uhr fielen die beiden Computer zum Einchecken komplett aus.
Nach ca 1 Stunde funktionierte 1 Computer wieder. Als wir an der Reihe waren mussten wir alles neu eingeben und es wurde eine andere Wohnung zugewiesen. Ziemlich ärgerlich hat letztlich dann noch funktioniert.

Pros:

Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Eingangsbereich alles top. Aber was hilft das, wenn man einen Ansprechpartner braucht und keiner da ist und sich sogar im Nachhinein keiner Zuständig fühlt.

Cons:

keine Erreichbarkeit des Anbieters und damit erhebliche Mehkosten durch fehlende Umbuchung.

Wenn’s billiger ist, immer wieder gerne

Das Zimmer war gut, sowie die unkomplizierte Buchung per Check in vor Ort mit Handy

Cons:

Der Preis war ein wenig hoch knapp 200 Euro für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück.
