Super Zimmer, kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Große geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon und Küche. Alles bestens.

Cons:

Es kann nicht so einfach eine Rechnung für Dienstreisende aausgestellt werden. Ist ein bisschen umständlich.

Pros:

Great location with convenient bus links. Well equipped apartment, comfortable bed, excellent soundproofing and blinds.

Cons:

Bathroom could be a little bigger but was perfectly functional. There was ample room for some more seating downstairs so another chair could be handy.

Parfait pour découvrir Constance
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à 5 minutes du centre ville historique. Une solution pour garer nos vélos et un accès facile à notre chambre. Vraiment très bon rapport qualité prix.

Goed verblijf, zo het zo weer doen.
Pros:

Koelkast en keukentje wat je soms wel mist in een gewoon hotel. Schoon en wandel afstand naar het centrum / Bodensee. Openbaar vervoer dichtbij. Goede gelegenheden in de buurt om te ontbijten. Airco werkt als een tierelier, fijn bij hittegolf.

Cons:

Niet flexibel na 3 inchecken ook niet auto alvast in garage parkeren. Niet gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt, vond het wat aan de prijs.

Aufenthalt war top und sicher waren wir nicht das letzte Mal da!
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Zu Fuss ist die Altstadt/Bahnhof in 15 Minuten, das Wasser in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Rad gehts natürlich noch schneller. Das Appartment mit eigener Küch und Bad war sehr sauber, auch beipielsweise das Geschirr oder der Kühlschrank. TOP bei grosser Hitze ist die Klimanlage!
Auch die Verlängerung um eine Nacht hat problemlos geklappt.

Cons:

Der elektronischen Check-In funktioniert eigentlich problemlos und es ist auch alles machbar (z.B. neue Zugangskarten bei verlorener Karte), aber leider ist nicht alles auf Anhieb ersichtlich.
Das Parkhaus ist sehr eng. Da muss man vorsichtig agieren, wenn man keinen Kratzer einfangen will.
Leider fehlen auch Ladestationen für E-Bike und E-Auto.

Es war eine wundervolle Zeit, einfach außergewöhnlich. Die Lage ist fantastisch, die Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe, alles ist hervorragend und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank! Ich war jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal hier und komme ganz bestimmt wieder.Ruhige Lage, 7 Gehminuten vom Fluss entfernt, in der Nähe des Supermarkts Edka und der Bushaltestelle (5 Gehminuten). Strenge Regeln, wenig Service bei Problemen

Die Richtlinien des Hauses sind sehr strikt (z. B. 100 € Gebühr, wenn man ohne Buchung in der Tiefgarage parkt – begründet mit dem Aufwand für die Ermittlung des Verursachers). Umso weniger nachvollziehbar fand ich den Umgang mit einem Problem auf Seiten des Hauses: Trotz bestätigter Buchung ließ sich das Tiefgaragentor nicht öffnen. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar, sodass ich zunächst eine E-Mail schreiben und warten musste, bevor ich Zugang zur Tiefgarage erhielt. Die Tiefgarage selbst ist für moderne Fahrzeuge zudem sehr eng. Auch die Ausstellung der Bodenseecard hat bei meinem Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert. Der Sanitärbereich ist sehr einfach gehalten und entsprach aus meiner Sicht nicht dem Preis. Das Ambiente des Hauses entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen.
