Сам отель и персонал ,- все на высоком уровне
Pros:

Вкусные завтраки!
Прекрасное расположение
Хороший пляж
Лежаки, полотенца,- все в достатке!
Похолодало,- все убрали

Cons:

К сожалению, для Не курящих очень мало мест, точнее сказать, Нет вообще места на территории !
Даже на завтраке, на закрытой веранде постоянно курили!,- соответственно всегда в помещении было прокурено

ארוחת הבוקר הטובה ביותר מכל המלונות בהם הייתי. הנוף לים מהמם! האפשרות לתת למישהו אחר להחנות את האוטו היתה מאד חשובה ביום הראשון, השדרוג שקיבלנו לחדר. יחס מעולה של הצוות.

Ubedljivo najbolje mesto za odmor u CG

-higijena u svim prostorijama hotela, ocuvanost

Cons:

-potrebno je dodati mesto na terasi za sušenje kupacih
-osoblje u beach baru trebalo bi da bude malo ljubaznije
- komunikacija sa hotelom, jako dugo se odgovara na poruke, poslednji odgovor koji sam dobila na svoja pitanja u vezi rezervacije je bio kad smo već jedan dan proveli u hotelu
-bolje organizovan prevoz, taxi. Kada smo uradili check-out, čekali smo prevoz 50 minuta.

Pros:

Check-in was smooth overall. We had to wait a little while for our room to be prepared after the previous guests, but parking was available, and the reception staff clearly explained the facilities and opening hours. On the positive side, the room had bathrobes and slippers for the spa, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. Breakfast was quite varied, and during our two-night stay we always found something we liked.

Cons:

Unfortunately, soundproofing was a major issue. Our room had a connecting door with the neighbouring room, and there was virtually no sound insulation. Luckily, the couple next door were very considerate, but we could still hear each other, which created some discomfort. Sound from the corridor and outside was also very noticeable. For light sleepers, this is definitely something to consider.
The room itself was generally fine, but cleanliness could be improved. The shower needed a more thorough cleaning, and the terrace furniture and sun loungers were dirty.
The smoking situation was disappointing. There was no proper separation between smoking and non-smoking areas, including the terrace and beach. If you don’t like cigarette smoke, you may prefer to sit indoors.
The beach was the biggest disappointment. The loungers were comfortable and the towels were clean and soft, and the water itself was beautiful and clear. However, the beach was poorly maintained, with dirty tables and loungers, many cigarette butts, pieces of glass and metal, and uncomfortable gravel. The wooden paths were uneven and didn’t reach all the loungers.
We also had pizza at the beach, which was tasty, but prices were extremely high, €5 for a bottle of water felt excessive.
Overall, perhaps this is considered a five-star hotel by local standards, but compared with other European resorts in a similar price range, we expected better maintenance, cleanliness and beach organisation.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Clean, great stuff, nice beach and spa.

Cons:

The room wasnt as described in the website . I had balconies from another building just across me, maybe 10 meters away and no park view though that’s the room I ordered.
Also bath wasn’t comfortable, the tap location was terrible and everyone we took a shower all the floor would be floated .
