Very Firendly staff, 24/7 reception so no worry to check in or out; clean everyday ; very closer to the NUS or any nearby restaurants ; easy access via public buses ; even parks are close by. There are bicycles you can rent closer.

I booked room without window.
The room smells the minute I entered. If you are ok with it then its not a big deal. I need to have air freshener to get rid of the smell.
The room also has thin wall. I can hear the noise from next door TV being on. It's disturbing especially when you are trying to sleep. So I suggest for light sleeper, this is not the place.

The hotel is an excellent choice for business travelers, educators, students, and families visiting the western part of Singapore. Its location is particularly convenient for those attending events or programs at the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) and Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although compact, it provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room tidy every day, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout my stay.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its accessibility. There are bus stops right in front of the hotel, and Haw Par Villa MRT Station is within walking distance, making it easy to travel to VivoCity, HarbourFront, Marina Bay, Merlion Park, and Changi Airport.
I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who were always willing to assist with directions and transportation information.
The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and offers a variety of local food options, convenience stores, and essential services. It provides a more authentic Singapore experience compared to staying in the busy city center.
Overall, ibis budget Singapore West Coast offers excellent value for money. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay in Singapore.
