La struttura è magnifica e splendidamente ristrutturata. La vista dalle camere e dalla terrazza è incantevole. Il servizio ottimo e la colazione anche

Purtroppo alcune delle camere al primo piano e con vista mare sono rumorose nonostante le finestre insonorizzate. Nel mio caso, è intervenuto il manager che molto gentilmente ha trovato una soluzione alternativa per me che non ero riuscita a dormire la notte prima. Davvero eccelente intervento del Direttore! Le camere nel giardino e quelle nei piani alti, molto più tranquille

Décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles , dommage
Pros:

Le bâtiment est très élégant, de très belles terrasses et des communs (restaurant et salons très beaux )
Spa tres efficace et sympathique,
Les grooms sont efficaces et très souriants .
L’emplacement sur l’île est très bon avec une magnifique vue .

Cons:

La chambre , son confort , vieillissante et terriblement peu pratique , manque de place, ni stylo ni carnet, pas de livret d’accueil donc :
Peu d’informations sur les services ,et surtout la salle de bain basique et minuscule , produits d’accueils de mauvaise qualité, pas de rangements , et impossibilité de dormir la nuit avec la Clim car beaucoup trop bruyante .

Le buffet du petit déjeuner pour cette catégorie d’hôtel était simplement indigne , trop de produits bas de gamme et rien d’exceptionnel, pris sur une très belle terrasse et un personnel qui manque visiblement de formation pour le niveau attendu .
Belle piscine mais la aussi mal gérée avec aucun service , personne ne nous a proposé de boissons sur trois jours !néanmoins des clients ont mangé et bu à la piscine , rien n’a été débarrassé durant plusieurs heures, ce n’est ni agréable ni propre. Nous avons dû prendre les serviettes directement dans une poche plastique posées sur un muret, des cartons encombrants, peu de transats…
Globalement déçu par la prestation qui n’a rien à voir avec le nombre d’étoiles
Toutefois le manager a été à notre écoute quand nous nous sommes plaints des prestations .
Manque de sourire , de professionnalisme pour cette catégorie d’hôtel .

Beautiful grande Dame Property with Amazing Sea Views.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, excellent staff, the guest amenity of eye sleep masks, the history of the property, the ambience.

Cons:

In our room which was a deluxe partial sea view, the shower would often flood as there is no door between the shower cubicle and toilet.

Καλή Τοποθεσία
Pros:

Το μεγεθος του δωματιου,η βεραντα του πρωινού καθώς και η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική!

Cons:

Το προσωπικό ηταν ευγενικό αλλά όχι αυτο που περιμένεις για ενα τετοιο ιστορικό ξενοδοχείο!
Κάναμε κρατήσεις στα εστιατόρια δεν σημείωναν καθώς και την ημέρα που ειχαν το event με ποτα στη Βεραντα θέλαμε να παραγγειλουμε και μας αγνοουσαν για ώρα!
Το προσωπικό χρειάζεται εκπαίδευση!!!Επίσης γευματίσαμε τη πρωτη βραδιά στο Library και το φαγητό ήταν απαραδεκτο και πανάκριβο για comfort food τετοιας ποιότητας!Δεν ειναι ξενοδοχείο 3 αστέρων!!Η τιμή γι αυτο που πρεσφέρουν ειναι υπερβολική!

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ καλή. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, με πολλές επιλογές και πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Στα θετικά πρέπει να αναφερθεί και η εξαιρετική καθαριότητα όχι μόνο του δωματίου αλλά και όλου του ξενοδοχείου.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο που μας δόθηκε βρισκόταν στον πρώτο όροφο του παλιού κτηρίου ακριβώς πάνω από το bar του ξενοδοχείου. Από τις 6 το απόγευμα και μετά το δωμάτιο είχε απίστευτη φασαρία. Με κλειστά παράθυρα και πατζουρια ακούγαμε ακριβώς απο κατω καρέκλες να σέρνονται, παιδάκια να φωνάζουν, μουσική ακόμα και τον ήχο από το σέικερ από τα ποτά που ετοιμάζονταν. Φυσικά με αυτήν την φασαρία ήταν αδύνατο να κοιμηθείς και να χαλαρώσεις αν ήθελες. Η μουσική διαρκούσε ως τη 1 τη νύχτα. Διαμαρτυρηθήκαμε στη reception και ζητήσαμε αλλαγή δωματίου. Δεν είχαν άλλο δωμάτιο διαθέσιμο την ίδια μέρα και μας μεταφέραν την επόμενη μέρα σε ένα πολύ ήσυχο δωμάτιο στο καινούριο κτήριο. Είναι απαράδεκτο όταν έχεις πληρώσει πάνω από 400 ευρώ το βράδυ, να σου δίνουν ένα δωμάτιο με τόση φασαρία. Είναι κρίμα είναι τόσο ιστορικό ξενοδοχείο να θυσιάζει την φήμη του στο βωμό του κέρδους.

Perfekt tvådagarsvistelse på Spetses. Allt är toppen! Vi var där i lågsäsong och valde havsutsikt med balkong, gör det.
Pros:

Atmosfären, byggnaden, fräschören, utsikten, läget, frukosten och personalen. Allt var superbra!

Cons:

Jag kan inte hitta något negativt med detta hotell. Gymmet inte så stort men funkar för kort vistelse. Allt är toppen.
