Comfortable, convient but a bit tired,
Pros:

Awina who worked in the restaurant was so lovely , nothing too much trouble, got everything we needed , aircond good, bed comfy room clean, free shuttle to airport pool was good , food was good most meals. Pizzas , satays were good, cocktails ok

Cons:

Breakfast had a large choice but over 3/4s of the choices were all indian food , a lot of the guest were also indian, not sure if there was a conference or not but a lot of them were quite rude to staff & guests , plus they were spitting everywhere which our family found disgusting. In the pool, near the restaurant, on the footpath, this needs to be addressed, , lights outside of streets shine brightly thru insufficient curtains, noise in passage from guest , bathroom could be cleaner, a bit old &tired but ok

I had a truly wonderful stay and was very impressed with the overall experience from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my entire stay, always making sure that every guest felt welcomed and well looked after. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out and made a big difference. Whenever I needed assistance or had a question, they were always happy to help with a smile, which created such a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms were also excellent — very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained every day. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, and everything felt fresh and organized throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the facilities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

What I appreciated most was the genuine care and hospitality shown by the entire team. They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant, stress-free, and memorable experience, and I would happily stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

Great location and size, close to Kuta Beach and great food choices! Will be back.
Pros:

Location, size of the room and price. Free shuttle buses. Dewi food court nearby with lots of food choices.

Cons:

Our bathroom had sewerage smell, maybe it hasn’t been occupied for sometime and the drain is dry. After we have showered, it’s better the next morning. We shut the toilet door the whole time and it was ok.
