Worth the cost and the staff are perfect
Pros:

It was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable too. The staff were extremely accommodating and so sweet!! Made my first experience in Bali an unforgettable one.

Cons:

Some of the male guests at the hotel were loud at night (if your room is near the pool) and occasionally made me uncomfortable when I was trying to enjoy pool time or breakfast. This obviously is not the hotel or staffs fault at all

I really did enjoy my stay at the Kuta Central Park Hotel. The location of the hotel is awesome, short walking distance to the market, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good, the spa was amazing and overall the stuff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The room was big .

Cons:

The room was fine but very noisy..can hear clearly people talking outside..water heater was not hot at all ..only warm.got mosquitos in the evening because of balcony door not tight enough although it was closed.the location was very bad for gojek n grab drivers.Omg..d breakfast was horrible..i just went over for d 1st day..then had to take outside breakfast for d whole other 4 mornings.

Pros:

Très bien, réservé pour trois , mais il manquait une chambre où un lit, pour 10 euros, un lit d'appoint à été rajouté, très rapidement, personnel au souriant, petit del sous forme de buffet, excellent, très bon rapport qualité prix pour une nuit a proximité de l aéroport après un long voyage par la Malaisie.

Great value in a spacious, clean hotel with lovely restaurant and friendly staff
Pros:

Amazing hotel with great value. Food and drinks were great, restaurant area is fab, Andy in particular was so lovely and helpful! Also construction in lobby is far away from the rooms so not a problem at all, didn't hear it!

Cons:

Walls were a bit thin between rooms so heard other guests in corridors. Music at the bar/pool area was too loud during the day until 10pm and not great for trying to relax.

Value for money, but the renovation aspects make it hard for us.
Pros:

Love the big rooms, comfy beds. The staffs are nice and friendly. The hotel location is strategic and close to city center.

Cons:

The hotel was hard to find due to the lobby renovation. No signs are available to show the alternative way to the hotel. The parking staffs cannot help as well. In the end, we had to turn over and found the way to the hotel while dragging the heavy suitcases ourselves.

Breakfast is passable, could be better.

Pros:

The kids love this place, it is a great family place. The kids felt so safe here, the staff were exceptional with the older teens.

Cons:

The kids said the only thing that annoyed them was people knocking on the door and running away, plus people calling their room phone.

Pros:

It was the perfect place to stay, been here twice and both times the staff are friendly and helpful. Always smiling and love to talk to you. The breakfast was great, lots of choices. The pool was always clean. The price to stay was very affordable. Definitely coming back with extra family next time.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the lift was out of service, which was hard for people who have difficulties going up and down the stairs.
