I stayed at Aloft for about three weeks. The staff were very kind and helpful, and I had a comfortable stay throughout my visit. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I come to Bangkok.

Very friendly staff during our stay, especially Mr. Lookmoo and another member was an excellent pool player taught our kids how to play. The kids absolutely loved him and had so much fun. Thanks to his kindness, they are already asking to come back and stay at this hotel again in the future.

Really great location and really nice amenities. Hotel staff was really great, we got an early checkin which really helped us. Korn and Boy from hotel staff really helped us.
Wonderful location that is feet from many restaurants in the area. The lobby is a fun space to people watch, shoot a little pool and vibe to some music. The concierge was superb and made my visit extremely entertaining for my family with suggestions around the city we all were able to enjoy. They even gave us tips to our next stop, Chiang Mai. Mr Sawasdee was an awesome help and we will stay again for our next visit.

As Marriott Platinum members, we enjoyed the breakfast benefit, and the hotel kindly arranged a very quiet room for us. The room was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the staff generously provided extra bottled water whenever we needed it.
Although the hotel is a short walk from the BTS station, there is a complimentary tuk-tuk service available every hour, which is very convenient.
The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a very nice ambiance and the hotel staffs are all very friendly and kind and very helpful. The rooms was kept clean everyday and replenishes used materials right away. I will book again to the hotel when I go back to Thailand.

Location and very nice staff
Mr. Godji was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. He speaks English well and communicated clearly, making our stay more comfortable. He provided helpful directions and recommended the best places to shop, as well as the most convenient train routes to take. Excellent service!

This is the best location for the hotel for the tourist so many bars, so many restaurants so much to enjoy the front of Staff and the concierge staff is amazing. Mr Gotji, Mr Lookmoo, Mr boy, Mr. Jed have been so caring and helpful always. You cannot expect a better service. The hotel ambience right from the entrance is so good.
