La atención de la chica de recepción súper amable y nos explicó todo lo del hotel no recuerdo su nombre , pero es Española . Las vistas muy lindas , la hubicacion exelente

Wonderful hotel with the best view of Ibiza town. Quiet and peaceful, but still very close to down (5 Minute walk). The staff is very helpful and accommodating.
El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy especial, estar alojado en medio del casco histórico de una ciudad es una pasada. Los edificios y el entorno, y cómo se ha integrado un hotel de lujo en ellos lo convierten en una experiencia única. Pero sin duda lo que más nos impactó fue su personal. Es una auténtica experiencia boutique. Íbamos con una bebé muy pequeña y nos ayudaron en absolutamente todo, una amabilidad y vocación de servicio como hace muchísimo tiempo no recuerdo. Extremadamente recomendable
Quizás la comodidad no es su punto fuerte, pero tampoco es lo que esperaba. Alguna de las habitaciones es bastante pequeña, a tener en cuenta si viajas con un bebé :)
Exceptional staff and the hotel is beautiful.
Everything, especially the pool area and the history of the buildings, the hotel has so much character. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Everything was perfection

The location is unbeaten in Ibiza and having the pool facility is great for more relaxed days. There are local museums and art gallery’s and some nice restaurants nearby, however the staff are always happy to drop guests down at the marina and are extremely responsive to WhatsApp requests.

No me gustó nada que al momento del check out, mi pareja entregó las llaves, comprobó que todo esté OK y luego me escribieron tanto a mí como a él porque se habían olvidado de cobrarnos unas hamburguesas que comimos en la zona de la piscina. Realmente en ese momento no nos acordábamos si lo habíamos pagado o no, pero creo que el momento es en el check out.
No me gustó que hayan contactado con el porque toda nuestra estancia fue un regalo para mi pareja de mi parte y me pareció poco cuidado que le soliciten a él el pago.
De todas formas el sitio es increíble, la atención fue muy buena pero lamentablemente se opaco con esta situación, la insistencia por el pago de este importe y las formas.
