Avoid if you want a relaxing holiday!
Pros:

Several very large groups of children/teenagers being allowed to run riot in the hotel for my entire stay! Running up & down corridors at night, very loud. Taking over the pool on mass. The first day i was there, an incident happened where they ran into others & an adult bacame angry, confronting them & the police were called!
If you complain to reception, expect them to be rude and dismissive.
Food very average, lukewarm, nothing exciting. Restaurant utter chaos, layout is bad with drinks area next to people getting food. Again, staff were rude in the restaurant.
I had a tiny box balcony so didn't spend any time there. Room is decent with large bathroom. It's a basic room service each day, surfaces & floors wers not cleaned.
The only positive iŵs the loation is good for shops & 10 minute walk to ths beach.
I would not recomnend this hotel.
The higlight of my holiday was visiting the beach, a day trip to Montserrat & Colonia Guell. Beautiful day out to Tarragona town - stunning.
