Instalaciones en general muy buena comida buena y personal muy amable
Tuvimos un problema bastante desagradable estuvimos en la planta 6 de la 2 parte del hotel y no podíamos descansar nos molestaban jugando a fútbol por el pasillo lleno de aporreteando las puertas tuvimos que bajar a recepción y que nos cambiáran de habitación éramos 3 parejas un verdadero despropósito no volveré

Right next door to a nightclub which was not mentioned in any writeups Friday say night like being in a bass speaker when trying to sleep. Sunday night quite. Breakfast cold but did provide microwave to heat back up. Left early 6am and we were allowed in dining room for coffee and cold selection thank you

La habitación sé escuchaba la tele dé la habitación del vecino...
Las camas se tenían que cambiar...
La habitación superior tenía dos camas grandes enormes.
El bufet no era muy variado y tardaban en reponer la comida.
Lo único bueno el chico del bar que era un encanto súper agradable
La comida poca variedad,nos han dado una habitación sin ascensor tuvimos que subir las maletas por las escaleras , las camas muy duras no nos han limpiado la habitación ni el baño, mucho ruido en el pasillo desde las 7h de la mañana imposible dormir, tenías que pagar 7.50€ por el ginásio e por el spa,

Personeel kon wat opener en spraakzamer. Ontbijt buffet was matig. Broodjes waren soms uitgedroogd.

El comedor, la organización es un desastre. Había poco personal y mucha gente en el hotel y había muchas veces que las bandejas de las comidas estaban vacías y yo pienso que tienen que estar continuamente sacando comida. Poca variedad pero estaba buena
De locatie was ideaal. Dicht bij Portaventura, te voet tot daar. En niet ver naar strand, ook te voet. Schuin over het hotel is een fantastische eetgelegenheid.
De bedden liggen niet comfortabel. Het ontbijt is veel, maar van mindere kwaliteit. Echt jammer…
