PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR.
Please be advised that is mandatory to present a photographic ID at the check in time and you may be requested to present same when returning to the hotel after 11pm.
Please note that our hotel offers a facility to park bikes and bicycles only. Our guests can avail of parking in Q-PARK nearby at Carroll's Quay T23P2TX to park their cars, at a 24 HOUR discounted rate.
Guests under 19 years of age cannot check-in unless the lead guest is aged 21 years or over.
In case of arriving after 11pm, we kindly ask you to contact the hotel directly prior to the arrival (approximately 30 minutes) on the following contact number: (021)4501518.
Please note all cards will be preauthorised to guarantee the reservation. If you decide to use a different card for payment on arrival, please be aware that it may take up to 3 weeks for the preauthorised amount to be released. This period varies between banks.
Damage deposit - in case where the reservation payment is made by debit card then a security deposit of €200 may be required and will be returned on the inspection of the bedroom at check out time.
The property accepts UnionPay, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and Maestro as methods of payment. The hotel does not accept American Express, Diners Club, or Discover.

Check in is from 3pm but we can store your luggage if you arrive earlier. Check out is by 11am including vehicles. Perfectly fine place to stay
Pros:

The room was comfortable, with a comfy mattress and pillows. The bathroom looked newly done which was a nice surprise. The walk in shower was lovely. There was a tv though I didn't use it. Location of the hotel was perfect for me and I loved the backdrop outside the window, I was looking onto other buildings, which I know doesn't sound exciting but it would make a beautiful piece of artwork to draw. I was at the back of the hotel and the room was nice and quiet

Cons:

The decor of the hotel itself was a little dated and faded. It was perfectly comfortable, but the door to the bedroom was really heavy and hard to open, which was difficult with cases. There was a small table and chairs in the bedroom which were old fashioned again and a little uncomfortable to sit at, the only other option was the bed, it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit on.

Great location. Lovely staff. A bit annoying the tap in the bedroom shut off automatically. It actually really wastes more water
Having the residents lounge a plus. Along with books to borrow. Probably not suitable for people who have difficulty with stairs. I did have a much nicer room last time but it was fine

Friendly staff, good shower.

Cons:

Doors were very heavy and loud and heard people passing by during my stay several times. The whole building needs a major revamp and renovation but I did appreciate they had installed a new bathroom in the room I had. I felt the price I paid wasn't really appropriate but paid it as a family event was held nearby.

Cons:

Reception is full of signs with penalties. From dirtying sheets or towels with tan or make up .losing remotes to charges for extra towels .charged and held my card details and charged futher money without informing the preceived penalty. On leaving never informed me they will be charging me further 25 euro on a already overpriced room. Paid 241 and on site on the the day it was 70 euro cheaper. Really unhappy with the place the room are small and stuffy with windows arent easy or accessible to open with ease

Hotel is very run down and hasn’t been renovated in many many years!! Water from the tap is brown and when flagged with receptionist, he advised that it was normal. No water in the room and no air conditioning so the room was boiling. We rang down for water and they said they don’t have any which is bizarre as they have a bar?
