שירות בדלפק מזעזע , יחס רע מאוד . דוגמא אחת מיני רבים הגיעה אלי חבר לאסוף אותי . ביקשו ממנו תעודת זהות.לצלם כדי לבדוק אם צריך להוסיף כסף .
במקרה אחר שביקשתי להחליף חדר כי המרפסת שהוצגה בעת ההזמנה לא תואמת למציאות אמרו שאין חדרים פנויים כאשר אני ראיתי שכן יש וביקשתי שיחייגו למלון להזמין חדר לימים שהייתי וכן אמרו בטלפון שיש 2 חדרים פנויים בקומה המבוקשת . בריכה המלון סגורה לרוב . אין מעלית פשוט מלון שלא שווא את המיקום שלו.

השירות במלון היה אדיב ונעים מאוד, והמיקום מצוין ונוח להתניידות. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ומגוונת.

עם זאת, חשוב מאוד לקחת בחשבון את נושא המדרגות. כשקראנו את הביקורות לפני ההגעה, לא תיארנו לעצמנו שמדובר בכמות כזו של מדרגות. חשבנו שמדובר בקומה אחת או שתיים, אך בפועל יש אזורים שבהם צריך לעלות בין 3 ל 5 קומות, עם הרבה מאוד מדרגות.

בנוסף, במהלך השהייה החלקתי במדרגות כ 4 עד 5 פעמים, ולכן לדעתי חשוב מאוד לציין את הנושא הזה מראש, במיוחד עבור אנשים שמתקשים בעלייה וירידה במדרגות.

גם בחדר הרחצה יש רק אמבטיה ולא מקלחון, והכניסה לאמבטיה גבוהה יחסית ועלולה להיות קשה ולא נוחה עבור אנשים מבוגרים או אנשים שמתקשים להיכנס ולצאת מאמבטיה.

גם הבריכה הייתה מאכזבת. היא קטנה ונמוכה, והמים היו קרים ולא מחוממים.

בסך הכול, המלון נהנה ממיקום מצוין ושירות אדיב, אבל כמות המדרגות, האמבטיה והבריכה הם בהחלט דברים שכדאי לקחת בחשבון לפני שמזמינים.

Cons:

הרבה מדרגות, ובנוסף הן היו מחליקות.
במקלחת יש רק אמבטיה, ולמבוגרים קשה להכנס לאמבטיה.

Location is perfect - walking distance to Fountain Square and city center.

I loved hotel because of perfect balcony view on nizami but I would suggest to install a lift for more good reviews.
Pros:

Balcony room was the best.room size was good. Loved the breakfast .washrooms were clean .the view from room balcony was straight on Nizami street and one could enjoy all night street hustle bustle by sitting in the balcony. And the perfect view of Caravan from there

Cons:

The 80 stairs from ground floor to the 3rd floor where the room actually was is the worst part.

should have elevator, I suggest if someone travelling with their baby do not take balcony room stay with the standard one because you have to go to the 5th floor to enjoy the view.Rest everything was on point.
