Mofo e chuveiro com problema

Mofo no quarto e no banheiro;
Quarto sujo;
Chuveiro ficava soltando água suja e com ar no encanamento não dando para tomar banho no chuveiro, sendo necessário ficar só na ducha para ter água quente.

recepção no momento do check-in noturno péssima na questão atendimento. Quarto triplo é para duas pessoas. Quarto em pessimo estado. bancada de trabalho, pintura, roupeito, tudo em péssimo estado.

Cons:

A limpeza é muito ruim. Um dos cobertores tinha cabelos, no chão tinha unhas que provavelmente foram cortadas por outros hóspedes. O corredor também estava muito sujo.

Funcionária, fui super mal atendida.
Cheguei na acomodação e perguntei o valor, então pesquisei no bookin e estava mais em conta como de costuma e a funcionária me fez ficar aguardando só por que não fechei com ela e sim pelo bookin, disse que era 40 min para chegar a minha reserva no sistema, entendi que por vias de fato ela pode ser comissionada, mas o cliente não pode ser impactada.
