Clean and ok but wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

Clean and modern reception staff very nice

Cons:

The food was cold
There was very limited choice of food
One restaurant member of staff was horrible
The pool area very small
Hotel was quite empty so no atmosphere in evenings
Definitely aimed at much older people

La propreté

Cons:

La lumière dans la salle de bain n est pas assez forte. Le buffet devrait être amélioré car les anglais et allemands sont privilégiés par rapport aux français. Hôtel trop loin du centre ville animé de Salou.

Limpieza, quizá por decir algo, el último día se olvidaron de poner toalla de mano nueva pero en verdad no pasa nada. Muy limpio la verdad

Malas vacaciones

No me gusto porque la zona infantil de juegos estaba cerrado i dijeron que es de temporada. Esto lo tendrian que poner i decir cuando se hace una reserva i les dices que tienes niños. Por ejemplo la zona de piscina lo decia que es de temporada en cambio de niños no. Yo llego a saber que esta cerrada y no reservo ni loca.
Tampoco no me gusto porque el buffet nunca abria a su hora. Se tardaban mucho en abrir. I el desayuno, comida i cena casi todos los dias lo mismo. En fin alli nunca volvere a repetir. Mis vacaciones fueron malisimas.

Un 4* siendo un 3*.... justito
Pros:

Zona, bar /cafeteria, y piscina. Hab. Amplia y balcón que dá a la calle muy amplio.

Cons:

Personal de limpieza, ( poco eficiente, muyyyy lento en hacer habitaciones y poco servicial.
Comidas.... nefasto, repetido todo , zumos malisimos, y poco buffet para tanta gente....
