A recepção foi mto atenciosa e educada. Os Lençóis mto bem limpos, a cama muito macia, água quente e ar condicionado funcionando direitinho. O café da manhã muito gostoso e variado.

Cons:

Achei o quarto mto pequeno...a cortina da janela estava bem suja.

Atendimento excelente, comida super gostosa, ambiente limpo e cama confortável, excelente localização.

Cons:

Tinha um elevador que fazia muito barulho e parecia que mesmo clicando nos botões ele não seguia exatamente o andar que era escolhido. Também precisei descer algumas vezes pois meu cartão bloqueava o acesso do quarto, principalmente no final do dia, precisei pedir para desbloquear o meu acesso.

Hotel antigo; quarto pequeno; quarto barulhento por ser do lado do elevador; elevador lento e que dava trancos durante o deslocamento; estacionamento pago à parte.

* Do apartamento. Excelente, espaçoso, cama confortável e limpo.
*Do café da manhã, perfeito.

Cons:

*Do buffet de jantar. Pouco opções.
* Do serviço e do cardápio a la carte, deixaram a desejar. A comida não é boa. Não tem o cuidado de um real CHEFF de cozinha. *Faltou aquele toque de cuidado e carinho no preparo das refeições. E o preço, não vale o paladar.

Parece que vai fechar. No café da manhã os colaboradores não possuem o menor senso de educação e trato com os hóspedes e fazem um barulho ensurdecedor batendo pratos copos chicaras e talheres. Absurdo.
