Important information:

- Small pets are allowed, maximum 10kg (1 per apartment)

CAFÉ DA MANHÃ MUITO BOM , BASTANTE VARIEDADE, MESA DE TRABALHO NO QUARTO BOA BEM CONFORTÁVEL. LIMPEZA DO QUARTO OK, BEM LOCALIZADO.

TIVEMOS MUITO PROBLEMA COM OS ELEVADORES. HOTEL CHEIO E UM UNICO DISPONÍVEL POIS O DE SERVIÇO CORRETAMENTE ESTAVA DIRECIONADO AOS FUNCIONÁRIOS E O OUTRO PARADO PARA MANUTENÇÃO, FICAMOS 10 MINUTOS PARA CONSEGUIR CHEGAR NO TÉRREO. RECLAMAMOS E A PESSOA DA RECEPÇÃO SEQUER SE DESCULPOU. BEM RUIM

Precisa de manutenção.

Cons:

O hotel é enorme e só tem dois elevadores principais e um, bem pequeno, de serviço. Dos cinco dias que ficamos hospedados, um dos elevadores estava parado e nem sinal da equipe de manutenção técnica para consertá- lo. No primeiro dia, depois de esperar 12 minutos para pegar o único elevador funcionando em direção ao térreo,
Desistimos e descemos de escada ( estávamos no 9 andar), o que aconteceu quase todos os dias. 😞

Cama excepcional, travesseiros e coberta muito boas, chuveiro muito bom, roupão disponível e tv muito boa

A localização é muito boa, os funcionários são gentis e educados.

Cons:

O colchão da cama de casal é muito mole; há 3 elevadores bem pequenos em um hotel com 15 quartos por andar e 1 elevador estava estragado, causando transtorno e demora para sair ou chegar nos andares e no térreo. As paredes entre os quartos são finas e ouve-se ruídos dos vizinhos.

Apartamento pequeno, café ótimo, bem localizado e excelente custo benefício.
Pros:

Local bem limpo, recepção simpática, o café ta manhã é excelente.

Cama estava afundada, era impossível ficar nas bordas dificultando dormir.
Estacionamento a parte e muito caro, 40 reais uma noite para uma moto, mas se for para não hospedes.
Não há placas ou atitude dos funcionários quanto a pessoas que ficam com celular alto nos restaurantes.
