Tre giorni a Orosei
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso qui 3 giorni a metà settembre. Splendida posizione a pochissimi minuti dal mare e a due passi dal centro. Siamo sempre andati a cena a piedi, massimo 15 minuti di passeggiata. Camera comoda e silenziosa, colazione ricca e varia con possibilità di usare anche i tavolini fuori. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Assolutamente consigliato!
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel in posizione ottima sulla via che porta alla spiaggia e nello stesso tempo vicina a ristoranti e bar. Camere pulite, funzionali e con una meravigliosa vista su campo di uliveti. Pulizia quotidiana delle camere. Colazione continentale a buffet buonissima e super ricca.

C'e' stato un problema con l'aria condizionata che non ha funzionato bene per alcuni giorni. Alla reception ci hanno detto che era un guasto che ha interessato tutto l'albergo ed e' stato risolto solo gli ultimi giorni della vacanza

Aircon not working and no fan provided to us to help keep us cool at night.
Pros:

Location was very good. Walkable to the town, and close to many beaches via car drive. The breakfast staff were particularly lovely and friendly.

Cons:

We had no aircon for the duration of our stay, which meant we really struggled to sleep and be comfortable. There seemed to be an issue across the whole hotel. We could accept this however the staff (specifically the manager) did not seem overly keen to help make us comfortable. We had to ask to speak to him as we were told there is nothing that can be done to fix it during the night time. During our stay we repeatedly had to inform them the aircon was still not working. The manager did say if it does not work he will provide an electric fan, however this was never provided to us, and we gave up having to chase them. We were offered complimentary breakfast which we did accept but overall we were quite disappointed with the lack of care. I would personally rather pay more for a better customer service. If someone says they can't sleep because the air con isn't working (which is included in the price of the room) i would expect the hotel staff to do everything they possibly can to find an alternative solution for us.
