Pros:

The room looks great, you could even host photoshoots there; we really loved the bed and the gorgeous bathroom. Plus, the shampoo, hair conditioner, and soap smells absolutely divine.

Cons:

The bathroom needs a shower curtain; a lot of water splashes out. Also, the renovation outside was a bit annoying, but we had been warned about this. (By the way, we didn’t hear any work going on Sunday, maybe it helps someone to plan your trip)

Very good location. I felt safe walking even late at night

Fine for short stay
Pros:

Quaint, clean

Cons:

Furniture could have been more updated. Booking is very deceptive now… You can search on “breakfast included”. However, then you get a rate which seems good, and realize you still have to pay an additional fee for breakfast. They wanted to charge me €15 a day for breakfast. I said no thanks.

Peaceful, rustique location in central Budapest
Pros:

Very central location but yet very quiet. delicious food - ending up taking most meals there. Staff very kind and rustique atmosphere. Excellent music performance Sunday night in restaurant

Excellent location and cleanliness, but disappointing room maintenance and a bathroom that did not match expectations.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent central location in Budapest, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness was also impressive, and the room was well maintained throughout our stay. These were definitely the highlights of our experience.

Cons:

The room’s condition was disappointing, especially the ripped wallpaper, which gave it a rather poorly maintained and cheap appearance, not what I would expect from a boutique hotel.

The bathroom was an even bigger disappointment. The pictures suggested that the bathroom would have both a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. However, in reality, there was only a bathtub with a shower curtain. Every time we showered, water leaked onto the bathroom floor, creating an unpleasant smell. This made the bathroom uncomfortable and impractical to use.

We loved this hotel. The breakfast, location staff and atmosphere are fantastic.

Cons:

When we went to pay our bill before leaving we were told of only 1 lunch invoice which we paid. then upon returning we were told the hotel had not been paid. We were unavailable for another almost 3 weeks but did see that our credit card had been charged. So everything is fine.
