Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can park their car in Täsch (garage parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. On request, guests can be picked up at Zermatt's train station or taxi stand (between 8 am and 8 pm). Please call the hotel upon arrival in Zermatt. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.

When booking a half board rate, guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately for the half board (in addition to the extra bed rate).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Perfect Swiss holiday❤️
Pros:

Amazing Matterhorn view from our room balcony. The balcony was so large and relaxing! Swimming pool and jacuzzi was also very relaxing!!
Staffs were very friendly and kind!!

Heaven in Zermatt
Pros:

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Staff were very friendly, we received a free upgrade. The spa facilities are great. Breakfast is generous. The property is very clean and well located.
