Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can park their car in Täsch (garage parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. On request, guests can be picked up at Zermatt's train station or taxi stand (between 8 am and 8 pm). Please call the hotel upon arrival in Zermatt. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.

When booking a half board rate, guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately for the half board (in addition to the extra bed rate).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

自然を満喫、最高の滞在経験。オーナー、スタッフのホスピタリティは最高級。
Pros:

ホテルから素晴らしいマッターホルンが見られました。花壇も非常に丁寧に整備されていて、
気持ちよく滞在できました。
駅やスーパーに適度な距離で、非常に静かな環境です。
プールやSPAも非常にきれいで快適でした。

Cons:

SPA用にビーチサンダルが完備されていると快適だと思います。
（自分でもっていくのがベストです。）

Beautiful hotel, with a stunning spa and breathtaking views of the Matterhorn
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Christiania Mountain & Spa in Zermatt.

The hotel is beautiful, and the spa is truly outstanding. The 25-meter swimming pool is fantastic, and the stainless-steel jacuzzi is elegant and very relaxing. The entire wellness area is beautifully designed, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived.

The view of the Matterhorn is absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of the stay. Waking up to such an incredible panorama is an unforgettable experience.

I am already looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Everyone was very friendly, we got two nice connecting rooms with great view and we had lots of fun in the big pool.

Nice and relaxing stay!
Pros:

-We selected the mountain range (or what they call it) room ..The view of Matterhorn was fantastic from the balcony. You could enjoy a late evening drink with a fantastic view from the balcony.
-Room size is decent, and we were able to watch FIFA World Cup games as well in the late night, the TV was modern!
- Friendly staff that responded to our queries

Cons:

Privacy on the balcony: The hotel is located very close to the neighboring property, and the balconies face each other directly. Guests on both sides can easily look into one another's balconies, which makes the space feel uncomfortable and lacking in privacy. Perhaps some form of privacy screening, frosted panels, or strategically placed curtains could be installed to reduce direct visibility, although I'm not sure what solution would be most practical.

Perfect stay
Pros:

We spend one weekend with our 2 kids. The stay was perfect. Beautiful room in front of the Matterhorn. The swimming pool facility is excellent, I think the best from Zermatt. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice and local cheese and meat. There is a play room with snooker and a trampoline in the garden for the kids. We had dinner with the famous Chateaubriand cut in front of you and accompanied with truffle fries and vegetables, trully delicious. If you go to Zermatt this is the place to stay!

A place to return!
Pros:

It was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is new, the rooms are very comfortable, the pool was clean, spacious and uncrowded. The staff was very friendly, being the first time staying there I also benefited from a tour of the hotel and a small gift upon departure. It is definitely a place to return to. Congratulations!

Belle découverte au cœur de Zermatt
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé proche de la gare mais un petit peu à l’écart du monde. La chambre était confortable et la vue sur le Cervin juste magnifique!!! La piscine et les saunas sont grands et très bien entretenus. Le petit déjeuner (buffet) est très bien! Merci

Rien par rapport à l’hôtel et au personnel - juste une famille bruyante à la piscine
