Nettes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht.

Gute Lage, moderne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, ordentliches Frühstück, zwei Restaurants im Haus.

Cons:

Probleme mit der Warmwasserversorgung bei unserem Aufenthalt.

המלון מזמין ויפה, החדר שקיבלנו חדש וגדול.

Cons:

המלון בנה אגף חדרים חדש אשר כנראה לא עבר הרצה ולא נבדק כראוי מבחינת התקלות שלו ואנו קיבלנו חדר ללא מים חמים וללא Wifi או חיבור לאינטרנט. ביקשנו והעבירו אותנו חדר, הבטיחו שהכל יסודר אבל גם בחדר האחר הכל היה אותו הדבר. הכי גרוע זה שאתה מגיע למלון, משלם ממיטב כספך ואין מים חמים להתקלח. היינו צריכים להתקלח בפושרים ואף בקרים. היה צריך לפתוח ברזי מים במשך כחצי שעה כדי שיגיעו קצת מים פושרים לחדר. ביקשנו לדבר עם המנהל אבל הוא אפילו לא טרח לדבר איתנו. בסוף הביקור קיבלנו הנחה של 100 אירו כאילו שזה יכול לפצות אותנו על עוגמת הנפש.

A great hotel. The rooms were huge and clean and nicely decorated. The pool area was lovely and there’s a nice pool bar.

Really liked this hotel. It was a great location to visit Plitvice waterfalls- about 7-10 mins in the car! The pool area was lovely. Rooms were nice and big.

Cons:

We liked everything. We weren’t aware the property was undergoing development and they were working when we were there, but that didn’t bother us- just would’ve been nice to be aware I suppose.

מלון במיקום נהדר. אגף חדש יפה ועם פוטנציאל

מיקום נהדר. קרוב לשמורה.
התארחנו באגף החדש שרק נפתח. הכל חדש. החדרים מעוצבים יפה ונעים.

Cons:

האגף החדש עדיין בעבודות הכנה.(רעש)
בארוחת הבוקר יש תחושה של חסר באוכל ואין הקפדה על מילוי מחדש. הצוות לא מסתובב בין השולחנות לפנות צלחות.
בניקיון החדר שוכחים לשים דברים (מגבת, מים…) הסבון הנוזלי במתקן שקשה לחלץ ממנו את הסבון.

Buena opción de hotel en un lugar muy especial de Croacia
Pros:

Está bien ubicado, la habitación es bastante amplia, silenciosa y cómoda en términos generales. El parqueadero es cómodo. Adicionalmente lo están ampliando (Estaba todavía en obra) y con seguridad quedará muy bien.

Cons:

Las almohadas no son buenas y es algo fácil de solucionar sin que haga falta que un huésped lo comente. Aunque el hotel tiene un muy buen restaurante anexo incluir el desayuno en el alojamiento es muy costoso y no hay opciones cerca.
