Beautiful, relaxing place to stay close to the lakes

Location and the pool.

Cons:

We thought they did such a great job on all the design elements, but noticed in common places like the elevator we’re not cleaned and we saw a lot of handprints on the stainless steel or black finishes.

Az elhelyezkedés és a wellness szuper volt!

Cons:

Sajnos a belső medence még építés alatt állt mikor ott voltunk.
Van ugyan kávéfőző a szobában, de rosszul működött, 4 db kapszula és 3 db cukor volt minden nap.... sajnos tejpor nem volt. A minibárban semmi nem volt, pedig fogyasztottunk volna. Szerintem ezekre oda kellene figyelni, ilyen árfekvés mellett!

Sehr tolles Hotel mit einem ausgezeichneten Restaurant um die Ecke.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet, die Betten waren so gut das ich am liebsten gleich eins mitgenommen hätte.
Sollten sie mir den Hersteller nennen können wäre ich super froh. Die Anlage ist sehr grosszügig und luftig gestaltet.

Cons:

Schade war der Frühstücksraum noch nicht freigegeben, dieser ist sehr schön gestaltet und mit dem Blick auf den Pool sicher eine tolle Sache.

Établissement digne de ceux que l’on trouve à côté des parcs dans lequel on vient pour la proximité des sites à visite

Cons:

La décoration des chambres sombre et vieillissante. L’absence de transats sur la terrasse alors que nous avions choisi une suite avec jacuzzi.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub mit erheblichen Einschränkungen!

Das Hotel hat einen schönen Außenbereich, der Saunabereich war modern eingerichtet & der Jacuzzi-Bereich war auch sehr schön gestaltet. Die Nähe zu den Plizvicer Seen war natürlich nicht zu toppen!

Cons:

Leider waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption & die Putzdamen sehr unfreundlich. Man hat kein einziges mal ein Lächeln erlebt. Der Check-In war kalt & herzlos. Wenn man an der Rezeption Hilfe benötigte, war man eher genervt anstatt profesionelle Hilfestellungen anzubieten.
Im Zimmer hängte noch ein angebrauchtes Toilettenpapier & am Handtuch befand sich ein dunkler Fleck (?). Aus hygienischer Sicht & vor allem für ein 4 Sterne SPA Hotel darf das nicht passieren.
Am meisten hat uns jedoch gestört, dass weder auf der Website- noch auf der Buchungsseite auf die extrem große Baustelle im Hotel hingewiesen wurde. Den Innenpool konnten wir aufgrund dieser nicht benützen, sowie Freitag hörte man ganze Zeit die Borhmaschinen etc. Für ein SPA Hotel wäre so eine Info eigentlich wichtig, da man ja zum entspannen hinkommt, und nicht für eine Lärmbelästigung.
Im großen und ganzen waren wir zum Glück nur zwei Nächte dort & falls wir wieder in dieser Gegend ein Hotel benötigen, werden wir auf jeden Fall ein anderes suchen.
