Poziția,aproape de metrou

Cons:

Am primit altă cameră decât cea rezervată,lipsa produselor de igienă,a halatului de baie și prețul dublu/camera față de acum 5 zile(am fost și săptămâna trecută cazată la acest hotel).

Habitación de buen tamaño, camas cómodas, rica ducha. Desayuno muy completo y personal muy amable.
Buena ubicación, a unos 10 min caminando de Gran Vía.
Hay una cafetería muy buena, con ricas medialunas y bollería a unos 50 mts. de la esquina. Osam creo que se llama

Great location, but severely compromised by credit card security concerns at check-in.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the city center on foot and by metro without needing taxis. The room was comfortable and clean with great AC and a spacious bathroom, while the breakfast offered an incredible variety of local food. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons:

At check-in, the front desk manually recorded my full credit card number, expiration date, and security code for collateral. This was the only place in Europe where I had to show my physical card, and shortly after returning home, fraudulent online charges occurred on this card, forcing me to cancel it. Please be extremely cautious if asked to provide your physical card details manually.

Excelente ubicación para recorrer a pie madrid. Muy amable todo el personal y para destacar el desayuno con una variedad de comidas y una calidad excelente!!! Lo recomiendo! A nosotros nos tocó una habitación que daba al patio interno y por ende era sumamente silenciosa y oscura. Ideal para un buen descanso!!!

Mucho ruido en las madrugadas!!!

Cons:

El hotel deberia tener ventanas un insonorizadas, el ruido de la calle y el recojo de basura en la madrugada es terrible, no pudimos dormir 3 noches!!!

Estuvimos alojados con mi familia y yo había buscado en Madrid un buen hotel de buena categoría en cuádruple y pague por tal y me dieron una habitación que tenía una ventanita súper pequeña estuve un mes viajando y hoteles de menor categoría venden cuádruples espectaculares hasta con dos baños y con muchísimo menor precio, fue el hotel que más caro pagué y la cuádruple para un 4 estrellas es lastimosa, el baño es lo único acorde . Me quejé y la persona que estaba encargada me ofreció dos habitaciones dobles pero la segunda estaba súper retirar . Y cuando lo volví a plantear me constó un empleados súper antipático que me habían hecho un favor

El resto estaba muy bien el desayuno es espectacular las habitaciones para ser un 4 estrellas no les sobra nada las cortinas estaban desenganchadas y la pared tenía revestimiento blanco que en la primera que nos dieron estaba desprendido. El baño es espectacular y el desayuno excelente y los mozos de una amabilidad descartable el patio interno es divinoo pero para ser un petit hotel tiene muchas habitaciones por piso y si te dan una lejos del ascensor es muyyy lejos que con equipaje se hace tedioso
