Petit Palace Santa Bárbara is my first choice in Madrid. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and helpful, making every stay enjoyable.

The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the city.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

Perfect location for families who want to be in the centre
Pros:

Excellent staff friendly and always there with patience to help you with infos and tours. Excellent location only 2 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. Tasty food with good prices in the restaurant area. Totally recommend it.

Cons:

The only negative I would propably find is the speed and quality of the internet. Otherwise nothing negative can find to say.

Très bon séjour à Madrid 🇪🇸
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé, à quelques mètres de la station de métro, facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport. A une vingtaine de minutes à pieds des sites touristiques et des musées. Bars et restaurants à proximité également. Très bon accueil, petit déjeuner copieux. Notre chambre était située plus au calme dans la rue parallèle à la place où se trouve des bars, nous n’avons donc pas été gêné par le bruit.

Mal insonorizado, había un evento y la música , la gente hablando parecía que estaban dentro de la habitación,
La ducha muy resbaladiza, difícil sin agarrarse y mala calidad de la grifería
