Pros:

場所が京都駅至近でした
部屋は広くはありませんが、作業などもできるテーブルや椅子もあり快適でした。
ロビーでコーヒーをいただけるのも嬉しかったです

CP值高，但廁所異味無法消除，清潔服務打掃時間需先溝通好。
Pros:

地點非常好，離車站步行3分鐘，樓下有全家便利商店，房間不大但該具備的都有，床跟枕頭也好睡，還可以從一樓挑選枕頭帶進房內，一樓領取的備品也都很齊全，一樓還有咖啡等飲料可以隨時免費供應給房客。

Cons:

浴室有一股怪味，隔音稍稍差一點，這次連住兩晚，在要退房當天早上清潔人員在尚未退房時間就敲門，規定是10點，但9點初就敲門，感覺不是很好。

京都旅の機会には、また利用したい
Pros:

京都駅八条口から出てすぐ。エアウィーヴのベッドが寝心地が良くて最高だった。コンビニも近くて便利。

観光では初めてホテルを利用しますが立地的にも設備的にも非常に満足でした
Pros:

受付をしてからまずロビーで無料のコーヒーで休憩出来る
そのコーヒーを持って部屋に上がることも出来る
ロビーのテーブルにも充電用のコードがあるので便利
受付にだいたい3人いてくれるのでチェックインもスムーズ
食事はモーニングありで持ち込みも可能(道路向かいにコンビニあります)
6階にコインランドリーが4台あり部屋のモニターから仕様状況が確認出来る

Cons:

ユニットバスの扉がトイレの正面にあるのですが距離が近くて座った時に少し窮屈かも

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location..only about a five minute walk from Kyoto Station. A comfortable room with good bathroom facilities. A good place to stay for a single traveller. Breakfast was reasonable value for money.

Cons:

The room was a little small but okay for one person. The breakfast was okay for the price paid. However, I would have been happy to pay a little more and have a greater range of food and beverages.

Pros:

The location was amazing, couldn't be better. It was literally a 3 min walk to Kyoto Station, easy access to metro and major trains like the Shinkansen. The staff were very helpful and I was able to leave my bags before check-in and after check-out, which made exploring the city extra easy. The room was super comfortable and spacious enough for one person.

Cons:

It was quite warm when I visited Kyoto, but I think that time of year they hadn't switched from heat to air conditioning so I couldn't turn on the air conditioning in my room. Or, I just couldn't figure out how to work it. It was a little warm at night.

Le personnel très prévenant , les lockers gratuits pour les gros bagages qui évitent de les trimballer une fois la réservation terminée.

Cons:

Chambre mal insonorisée : j’étais côté rue et j’entendais distinctement les voitures. Les bruits du couloir sont également très présents.
