Localización perfecta
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, frente al Retiro. Vistas al parque, habitación lo bastante espaciosa, wifi de conexión rápida. El personal es muy amable y eficiente. Buen café de máquina en el desayuno, oferta de desayuno muy completa.

Cons:

La puerta del baño de la habitación es batiente y apenas separa baño de la estancia. Las "amenities" bajo demanda en Recepción me parece excesivo, siempre hay que tener al menos kleenex o cepillo de dientes. Las moquetas de las zonas comunes (pasillos, planta 4) necesitan renovarse, así como los sofás (son blancos, de piel, y de aspecto sucio). No hacen justicia al interior de la habitación, que estaba mucho más cuidado. En el desayuno, los huevos revueltos y el bacon podrían ser mejores. El resto de lo que se ofrece está bien.

Not worth the money and very misleading description

Cons:

Accommodation is appalling for the price you pay. Facilities are below average. Ambience is non existent. Foyer is a disgusting . Room is very very basic. Overall it is a rough hotel described as a luxury boutique property.

Perfekt für eine Stadtreise.
Pros:

Ruhiges Hotel nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt und direkt am Parco del Ritiro. Wir hatten auch ein Zimmer im Innenhof.

Cons:

Nicht ganz so sauber aber das ist eher eine individuelle Ansicht.

Excellent location, directly opposite Retiro Park, short walk from the Prado. Rooms also excellent, clean, well appointed.

Cons:

Would have liked better communal facilities, eg nice lounge area for sitting; also seats in Reception area (for when waiting for taxis to arrive etc)
