Excelente experiencia y servicio por parte del Hotel y del Personal.
Pros:

La atención del personal a todas horas y en todas las areas fue excelente, siempre estuvieron muy atentos y con la mejor disposición. El desayuno excelente.

Cons:

Teniamos problema con la conexion de WIFI sin de libre acceso, y especificamente el canal Boing se "congelaba", no podíamos ver ese canal.

Excelente atención y servicio por parte del personal
Pros:

El personal nos recibio cerca de las 6 de la mañana y con la mejor atención y disposición, y nos apoyo ajustando las reservaciones que teniamos como familia, para no tener que cambiar de habitación durante nuestra estancia.

Cons:

En wifi de libre acceso esta limitado.

Excelente Ubicación y habitaciones muy completa.
Pros:

Excelente habitación y vista al Parque el retiro, La regadera es de muy buen tamaño. Cuenta con amenidades en la habitación. Personal con excelente disposición.

Cons:

El canal Boing se congelaba, e ibamos con niños y no podíamos ver bien la TV.

People make the difference
Pros:

What did I like? First and foremost, the staff. From the manager Luis to the Toñi at breakfast and everyone in between was just stellar!

Location is absolutely great right across from Parque Retiro and away from the noise yet walking distance to the active Puerta del Sol and Gran Via.

I would stay here again.

Cons:

While the room itself was comfortable, the hotel lacks the atmosphere you would expect from a property with “Palace” in its name. The hallways and room entrances have a somewhat office-like, almost industrial feel, rather than a warm or elegant ambiance. The property would benefit from updated decor or renovations to create a more inviting and refined experience that better matches its branding.
