Camere foarte spațioase
Locație excelentă în centru
Posibilitatea de a lua micul dejun la new York cafe care e lipit de hotel( au comunicare directă)

Cons:

Zgomotul aerului condiționat care de altfel baga doar rece la sfârșitul lunii octombrie

Großes Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Cons:

Eingang schwer zu finden, von vorne sieht es aus wie eine Baustelle, Rezeption könnte freundlicher sein, Zimmer praktisch und viel Platz aber lieblos und nicht ganz sauber. Frühstück wie in einer Bahnhofs Halle.

Great roomy apartment handy for metro and tram
Pros:

We had a great room with a huge terrace!!
Housekeeping were very good and we were asked every day if every thing was in order.
We used the 2 elevators that connected the New York Palace Hotel directly and liked using its atrium for a drink.
Lidl is 2 minutes walk away as well as the newish Timeout Market.

Cons:

There was not enough space to dry crockery - we ended up laying them on an extra dishtowel on the stove top. Our friend's apt kitchen area was bigger and had a dishwasher.

Location was great. Easy to access main attractions without being to central. Hotel is attached to New York Cafe which was lovely to sit in. Only drinks but a lovely bonus. Rooms clean and spacious without feeling on top of each other.

Very nice clean apartment with excellent staff and room cleaners.
Pros:

Room was enormous. Many facilities like dishwasher and washing machine. Quiet enough for me, but management were concerned and asked me if it was okay. Staff were great. Also connected to fancy 5* hotel next door with sneaky back door entry to New York cafe.

Cons:

There was no dishwasher powder or washing machine supply. My friends had washing machine supply in their room. No milk or substitute with the coffee. No price list for minibar - although pricing was reasonable at checkout. Would have liked a walk in shower. Wacky artwork on the walls. Pretty psycho (see pic) I think it’s a horse? . Budapest is a big place. Would probably stay on Buda side next time, this is in Pest. Once I figured out the trams ( free for over 65, even Americans !) I was fine, but had to think/work to go places.

A very pleasant stay with an excellent location, friendly staff, and a spacious, comfortable room
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, which made it very convenient for getting around Budapest. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very spacious, and the cleaning was good and done regularly. I was very happy with the size and comfort of the room.

Pros:

Free upgrade to apartment :) quiet side road, but really close to. Supermarkets around. Location was great.

Nothing really, maybe I expected a gym better equipped with machines.
