新横浜駅からのアクセスは良い。

部屋全体が一日中湿気を感じていて、ハンガーにかけていたズボンなどが朝はしっとりとしていました。。。換気扇回し、エアコンもつけていたにも関わらず、、、

スタッフの方も気持ちよく対応され良かった
Pros:

ホテルまでの案内が写真で途中途中出されていたので、スムーズに行った。

Cons:

シャワーからの湿気が水滴となり流れたと思われますが、シャーワーを浴びしばらくしてトイレ側を使用したところ
トイレットペーパーの巻き芯半分位迄が濡れて使用できない状態でした。直接水がかかるところでもない為の何故かと缶気た時に金属製であり冷えているところで暖かい湿気が付着し水滴となり金属を伝わりトイレットペーパー側についたものと思われますが・・・・他は気持ちよく過ごさせていただいた。

普通でした。
Pros:

改装されてて全体的にキレイでした。
立地も駅近だしコンビニも沢山あって便利でした。

Cons:

冷蔵庫に水1本とか欲しかったです。
備品も余ったりするから必要な人がいる分だけシステムになったんだろうけど、そこは他のホテルみたいに部屋にひと通り置いといて欲しかったです。
荷物片手に持って上がるのがちょっと手間でした。
あと、窓の調子が悪くて換気後に閉めるのが大変でした。
テレビが普通のしか見れず、ビジホならではの普通は有料なのに、、みたいなのがなくてちょっと残念。
夜ちょっとヒマでした。
せっかくリニューアルしてキレイになったし立地も良いのに、全体的に割と普通なので、なにかにもう少し特化したらもっとリピーターが付くのでは？
偉そうに意見してすいません。
また泊まりに行きたいってなりたいなと思ったので、、
検討お願いします。。

大変快適
Pros:

地下鉄出口近くなので見つけやすく安心感がありました。
部屋も清潔感があって使い勝手良かったです。
スタッフの方々もとても親切で大変快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

寝心地も良くて、利便性良し

荷物を気軽に預かってもらえたこと

駅から近くて接続が良いこと

幸せの時間でした
Pros:

スタッフの皆さんはとても言葉が丁寧で廊下ですれ違ったりエレベーターのドアが閉まる時にたまたま目があっただけでしたが笑顔で挨拶されていてきちんとされている施設だと感じました。

Cons:

よくなかったという点は特になかったですが…5階にあるコインランドリー室に両替機があるといいなと感じました。
洗濯機、乾燥機ともに100円玉専用なので細かいのがなくて自販機で飲み物を買って100円玉を作ろうとしたのですが…自販機も釣り銭切れでした。
両替機があったらよかったと感じました。
