立地が非常に良い。
寝具やシャワーヘッドも良いものでした。

バス・トイレの位置が、土足で入る場所にあるので、利用する度に、スリッパを履いてゆく必要がありました。

イベントが行われる日なので　仕方ないとは思いますが　料金、お高かったです。　もう少し良心的な料金で、お願いしたいものです。
Pros:

荷物をチェックイン前チェックアウト後・預かってもらえてとても助かりました。事前にお願いはしておりました。朝食は、まあまあだったと思います。

Cons:

窓を開けると幹線道路沿いで、ベッド奥の窓を開けてみると柵もないので、落ちそうで怖かったです。
ベッドメイキングしてあったのか？と、疑問なくらい入室の時、敷きマットやお布団は　ズレていました。
バスルームには…髪の毛が残っていました。
朝食は　カウンターで　街路樹を眺めながらいただきましたが、窓辺は、埃だらけでした。
食事に入りそうで不愉快でした。
バン焼き機は、すぐに焦げるほど焼けるようです。目安の時間を表記されるか　トースターのタイマーにマーカーしてもらえると良いと思います。ほかの方も焦げていました。

出張に便利
Pros:

・新横浜駅から歩いてすぐ
・普通の部屋の様な部屋→直接照明、机の様なテーブル有出張時は仕事はかどりそう
・部屋が全体的に清潔

・外から2Fフロントまでのアクセスがエレベーター1台の所

寒暖差にやられた。
Pros:

設備が綺麗

Cons:

入った時に部屋の温度が23度に設定されており、外が30度以上ある日だったので、寒暖差にやられた。
27度くらいで丁度良いと思う。

また泊まりたいです！
Pros:

リニューアル後だったので、トイレとバスが別々でとても快適でした。部屋も広かったです。
ツインの部屋にエアコンが2台なので、すぐ冷房が効きます。暑がりの人には良いかも！

Cons:

浴槽内はしっかりこすり洗いしてあるのかな？という感じでした…
