Nothing is there to like.

Cons:

This property is charging exorbitant rates without even providing basic amenities. The rooms were extremely cramped with no ventilation. There were frequent power outages, and I even had to take a shower without electricity. During checkout, the lifts were not working, forcing us to carry heavy luggage down the stairs. To make matters worse, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the lobby that caused discomfort to all the guests present.

Hotel is good, I have stayed few times, last time stay was not good.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, good spread. Staff at breakfast and room service is good. Staff at reception is not so attentive and seems very busy and forgetting lot of things. I asked for double bed, got single bed. They promised to change but could not change in 4 days. I wanted to extend they kept me on hold till last night.

Cons:

Reception staff is very arrogant and does not understand customer. they follow JUST RULES!!! all the time, thats the answer they will give.
