Excellent location, clean room.
Pros:

Excellent location. Small sized room, comfortable bed, very clean sheets, towel and very clean bathroom. Close to metro and bus stations.

The lobby and shared spaces might need a refurbishment.

Great location. Near the Metro and the shopping area. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The aircon in our room was noisy and was bothersome specially at night. Hotel personnel mentioned that a part has to be replaced but has not arrived thus nothing can be done with it.
