Pros:

quarto sujo, cobertor rasgado, cama com colchao horrivel, hotel esta largado. Fiquei la uns anos atras e caiu demais. Jacuzzi com imunda, nao dava nem para chegar na area. Quadras largadas, com folhas e gramas altas, nao dava nem para jogar. Achei pessima minha experiencia, nao volto mais.

Cons:

o minimo é a cama e banheiro, colchao velho, ficava caindo da cama, travesseiros nao condiz a resort.

Worst hotel I have stayed at in Brazil. Dirty rooms, unfriendly staff, and wifi that does not work.

The location near the beach was good.

Cons:

The staff were incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly. We were checked into our room and there was a dead cockroach on the floor. The beds were also wrong (twin rather than double). The staff didn't apologize for the cockroach, just gave us a new key card for a different room. In the new room, there was hair on the floor and in the bathroom.

The wifi also does not work in the bedroom. And in the lounges it works but it's very weak. The wifi is not strong enough if you need to get any work done. I made a formal complaint to the head receptionist about the dead cockroach in our room when we arrived, but was not offered any kind of compensation. Awful experience. I really recommend avoiding this hotel, the quality versus the price they charge is terrible.

Foi uma boa experiência, mas corrigindo alguns detalhes pode melhorar.
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado a poucos passos da praia, há também comércios próximos como mercado e farmacias o que tornou a estadia muito prática, o café da manhã servido também foi ótimo sempre saboroso e com variedades

Apesar da ótima localização e do excelente café da manhã, alguns pontos poderiam ser melhorados
O hotel não disponibiliza ferro de passar no quarto, o que fez falta durante a estadia. Também solicitamos algumas vezes uma rede para descansar na varanda, mas o pedido nunca foi atendido.
Outro ponto foi a limpeza do quarto. Em alguns dias, ao retornar dos passeios, ainda havia areia no chão, dando a impressão de que a limpeza não havia sido feita adequadamente. Além de que na última arrumação o papel higiênico do banheiro não foi reposto.
Por fim, o hotel poderia ter um pouco mais de atenção em relação ao silêncio nos corredores dos quartos. Em alguns momentos, especialmente a noite, havia crianças que mesmo acompanhadas dos adultos passavam correndo pelos corredores e os adultos conversando em voz alta, o que acabava atrapalhando o descanso.
Detalhes que se corrigidos tornarão a estadia muito melhor.
