Pros:

a localização, o quarto, os funcionários, a piscina e os bares. os serviços disponíveis torna o hotel numa experiência muito agradável. as bebidas e comida servida nos bares é de muita qualidade.

Cons:

a qualidade e variedade do pequeno almoço. num hotel como este não é aceitável que a reposição de alguns alimentos (nomeadamente ovos) demore tanto tempo ou seja inexistente.

Pros:

Vue exceptionnelle, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner copieux et très varié... the place to be! avec une piscine à débordement avec la vue sur Porto, le Douro et le Pont mythique, sans oublier un service digne d'un 5 étoiles.

Les équipements commencent à se faire un peu vieux...

Beautiful relaxing stay at a hotel with lovely views.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and is up on hill so you see the beautiful views of Porto on the opposite side and the Douro river. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it’s within walking distance to restaurants and bars etc. next to the waters edge.

Cons:

I found that rooms weren’t always fully restocked so for instance used tissue box was forgotten to be replaced. Espresso capsules not replaced and water bottles. I also found the menu limiting and expensive. For someone that is vegetarian there were limited options and for what you pay a small bottle of water poolside and coffee for instance were overpriced.
