Je n'ai pas pu arriver avant 2h du matin.. comme il n'y a personne à cette heure-ci à l'accueil.. j'ai dû passer à la banque pour récupérer mes clés mais mes clés ne sont jamais tombées.. j'ai dû attendre 6h du matin pour pouvoir aller dans ma chambre..

La relacion calidad precio.
Nos vino muy bien la ubicacion porque ibamos de paso y esta junto a la autopista.

Cons:

Intentamos ponernos en contacto con ellos llamando por telefono varias veces en sus horarios y no conseguimos hablar con ellos.
Tuvimos que solicitar asistencia a booking para poder contactar con ellos. Asi resolvimos las dudas.

Hace un mes que les estoy solicitando una modificación de la factura y no me la envían. La he reclamado insistentemente, de memoria podría decir que varias veces por semana, y ni aún así. He puesto varias reclamaciones en atención al cliente, y ni siquiera de esa manera he conseguido que me envíen la factura.
Además este día reservé 2 habitaciones, y me facturaron 58.11 euros de más (reconocido por el propio hotel), pero llevo casi un mes esperando por la devolución.
