Cons:

La camera era pulita ma si sente tutto di quello che dicono gli ospiti della camera accanto , non c'è privacy , quando nell'altra stanza si fanno la doccia è come se se la facessero in camera mia , si sentono i beep dei tasti del climatizzatore , tutto quello che si dicono nella camera affianco . i muri sono di cartavelina

NO APARTAMENTO BALCÓN-COCINA-FREIDERO

La cama es cómoda y el baño está bien, como para una habitación de hotel, bien.

Que no es un apartamento, es una habitación de hotel con una salida a un balcón grande a medio cerrar con vidriera y la otra mitad con una cortina-persiana eléctrica de plástico transparente sin ninguna protección para el sol o la intimidad de estar haciendo tus cosas en un balcón y por si esto fuese poco el extractor del baño da a este balcón encima de la cocina. Este espacio a las dos del mediodía cuando llegamos después de una ruta larga estaba a más de 40 grados sin opción a protección, prepare una ensalada con los ingredientes que llevábamos y casi me da una lipotimia, la comimos sentados en la cama con el plato en la mano ya que el espacio con mesa y sillas es inhabitable. Creed que todo y que lo venden como apartamento con cocina si quieres utilizar la cocina, tienes que avisar y supone un recargo de 20€ por día (dejo foto del comunicado que encuentras en la habitación) todo son incoherencias, por un lado carteles y detectores para optimizar el consumo y por otro te fríen en el balcón-cocina-lo que sea.
El desayuno nada de tartas caseras, son tartas descongeladas que cuando clavas el tenedor se desmiga, no vuelvo ni regalado.

Consigliato per breve soggiorno, ma se avete il sonno leggero sperate in pochi clienti al ristorante

ingresso con codice veloce, pulizia, letti e cuscini comodi e profumati

Cons:

Tutto perfetto tranne il rumore causato dai clienti del ristorante fino alle 2 di notte che non ci ha lasciato dormire sereni!

Personal MUY amable y atento. Servicio de desayuno excepcional con muchísima variedad. Habitaciones renovadas y servicio de limpieza diario. Aire acondicionado y todos los servicios necesarios.
Estación de bus/tren a menos de 10 min andando. Línea a pescara o a la facultad a menos de 10 min andando. Cerca de resturantes y supermercados.
La habitación con cocina expectacular, con una galeria y un balcón para tomar el aire.
