Good if you are only sleeping there for a night
Pros:

Good location around Caparica. Close to the beach and supermarket. We were only staying there for a night since we didn't want to stay in Lisbon and be ahead of traffic the next morning to continue our journey to Algarve. It's good for a quick stop, the facilities are old, staff is very nice.

Cons:

There was a lot of mold in the shower, the mattress in the single bed needs replacement and the pillow was super hard.

Cons:

Pochi parcheggi gratuiti, rifare le finestre, aspirazione aria nei bagni, più prese elettriche vicino al letto

Our stay was pleasant
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the coffee. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom tiles have black stains at some spots which appears unclean at first glance. But the bathrooms are generally clean. Soudproofing the rooms would be nice so you don't hear conversation from neighboring rooms.
