Super emplacement, parfait pour 1 ou 2 nuits.
Pros:

L'EMPLACEMENT!!! Au coin d'une place très charmante avec beaucoup de choix de (bons) restaurants ou même de quoi se balader un peu aux alentours. Et pour autant, on a franchement très bien dormi (par rapport au potentiel bruit qu'on aurait pu craindre). Le logement était près de la gare (en tramway on a marché seulement 5minutes) et près du port pour Gran Canaria (5 minutes à pied) donc pour 1 nuit de transit, c'était parfait.

Cons:

On doit avouer que même étant fin septembre, on a eu chaud malgré le "ventilateur tour" de la chambre. Plus tard dans la nuit, avec fenêtre+rideaux ouverts, c'était un peu mieux.
Quelques choses sont à deux doigts de casser comme la tringle de rideau ou des choses comme ça mais ce sont à nos yeux des détails. La chambre est peut-être un peu petite aussi avec les valises etc c'était compliqué de s'y déplacer librement..La propreté et l'emplacement ont compensé cependant ces petits défauts.

Falta de refrigeración. Sin aire acondicionado. Un ventilador en el techo insuficiente para la realidad de la climatología actual.
Tampoco dispone de agua caliente, aunque no se echó de menos por el calor sufrido

Overall ok, staff were extremely helpful and the room served the purpose for which it was booked.

Lack of air conditioning was disappointing. A fan was provided which did the trick, although not on par. Minor things like USB ports would have been nice and the water pressure was poor. We were on the 8th floor, so may be a contributing factor. After flushing the toilet took a couple of minutes to fill back up, if the shower was running and the basin tap was used, it would reduce the shower to a trickle. Water was hot though. Great balcony with lovely views.

Disappointing

I had sent message to hotel asking for balcony recieved reply stating they had received my request.On arrival the room we had had no balcony felt it was like a hostel.Shower was terrible.I was told when I asked about balcony that a rooms for 3 don’t have balconies I should of been told this when I requested one then I could have changed my hotel it was information I should of been told when I requested a balcony not once I had paid for my room on my arrival
