Los dos días seguidos fiesta en la puerta hasta la noche. Muchísimo ruido aunque yo estaba en sexto piso.
El hotel tiene muy escaso desayuno, diría pobretón. Solo te sirven huevos y fruta 1 vez. Si estás acostumbrado a un desayuno normal buffet. No tiene secador de pelo; lo tienes que pedir y enseguida devolver. Lo mismo para plancha.
La habitación me tuvieron que cambiar, las habitaciones tenían humedad. Inclusive a la cual me cambiaron(en menor cantidad)
Es un hotel SIN ESTRELLAS, porque no lleva ni cerca el nivel de un básico en Europa de 3 estrellas.
La internet en general no es gran cosa y lo destacan como un plus, en los hoteles, cuando es algo básico.

The location and the staff.

Cons:

Most of it was disappointing. This shouldn’t be called a hotel - it feels more like a student residence. There was no hot water, and you only learn this after making your reservation. The room is old, not very clean and the beds are uncomfortable. It does not look like in the pictures and I do not recommend staying here.

conveniente pero no tan confortable
Pros:

la ubicación respecto a las áreas turísticas es buena, pero el entorno es muy sucio y decadente personas sin hogar basura y edificios un poco abandonada, cierto muy latinoamericano
me asignaron una habitación con vista a la ciudad espectacular eso valió
el personal binaban asistencia a cualquier pregunta o indicación solicitada

El hotel es bastante antiguo muy cerca al Centro histórico. Cuenta con lo básico para estancias cortas. Jabón de barra no hay Shampoo. Solo cuenta con aire acondicionado no hay ventilador

Aunque el barrio es muy céntrico en la noche se queda un poco solo ya que está rodeado de almacenes. El hotel tiene un olor particular como a guardado pero realmente no es un inconveniente.

Atendimento na recepção, chegamos e fomos realizar o pagamento, não sabíamos que teria que fazer o pagamento em dólar a recepcionista foi rude e não fez questão de tentar ajudar, faltou empatia, pareceu que estrangeiro não eram bem vindos. Após alguns minutos conseguimos fazer o pagamento e ela abriu um sorriso e desejou boa estadia, não parecia a mesma pessoa. O Wi-Fi não funcionou em todo quarto somente perto da porta. E seria bom se tivesse shampoo e condicionador pelo menos sachê.
